Arcs 1950 - Magnificent quiet apartment with mountain view (3 rooms) 5 * residence - Spa

Our apartment, composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one equipped with a bathtub and the second with a shower), is located in the Source de Marie residence, with a mountain view, in a perfectly calm environment.

The Source de Marie Accès residence, built in 2006, offers a free jacuzzi, sauna and hammam, as well as direct access from the residence to the high-end Deep Nature spa. A heated outdoor swimming pool is also available for residents.

The residence also offers a real departure and return on skis for the greatest ease of all. The ski room is located near the entrance, just a few meters from the start.

By choosing to reside in our apartment you can fully enjoy the calm but also the amenities and entertainment of the village of Arc 1950. You will find at your disposal in the charming (entirely pedestrian) village of Arc 1950 an excellent bakery, a supermarket, a wide choice of bars and restaurants, a ski school, ski shops. A varied entertainment program is offered each week to delight young and old.

For the opening of the 2018-2019 winter season the apartment will be completely renovated and redecorated with taste (architect), in order to offer greater comfort in a warm mountain atmosphere.

Appartement est très sympathique et chaleureux. Il fait bon se retrouver après une journée de ski.

L'appartement est identique à la description. Tout est parfait. Seul souci, le coin piscine, spa hammam un peu petit pour le nombre d'appartement ! Le village 1950 est le plus sympa des ARCS.

Great Apartment, central to all Bars, restaurants and shops. Straight onto the slopes. Great ski store, very hot! Everything you need in the apartment, very comfortable. Parking underneath the apartment an spa.

Nous avons apprécié l'espace spa, mais aussi le local a poubelles et la laverie (très pratiques). L'appartement en lui meme est tres chaleureux, bien équipé, avec une vue très agréable. Couchages d'excellente qualité. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cet appartement idéal pour 4 personnes.

Beautifully appointed apartment with stunning view of mountain

We arrived at Les Arc 1950 looking forward to our first ski trip for several years. The last time we skied in Les Arc 1950 was approximately 9 years ago and had a wonderful holiday then with our children. This time we went it was three adults and no children. We had enjoyed our last holiday so much it was a concern that it would perhaps not live up to our possibly exaggerated expectations. How wrong we were - the apartment was superb - tastefully decorated very recently with a stunning view of the mountains. It had every facility for a comfortable stay and was very close to the Nature Spa which we used. The apartment is convienently located to the slopes and lifts which give quick and easy access to the whole Les Arc region yet is located in a quiet part of the village. It was quiet at night and particularly restful. It is truly ski in ski out with heated lockers for skis and boots. The village is beautiful with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops to fill in the time between skiing. David, the owner of the apartment was most attentive and helpful with regular online communication throughout the entire rental process and indeed our stay. It was very useful and reassuring to have a reliable point of contact. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for its location, decor, view, cleanliness and helpful owner. I look forward to returning next year.
