Superb design apartment crossing in a standing residence on the seafront of 60 mÂČ completely redesigned and open plan in 2018 to make it a space widely open on a beautiful terrace with splendid sea view. Located on the third floor with elevator it has a entrance leading directly to the large living room, Living room (flat screen TV), Dining Room (with leather sofa bed convertible into two beds of 140) extended by a 12 mÂČ sea view terrace with dining table, lounge chairs and automated blind. Equipped with a fully equipped white lacquered kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso etc ... The 15 mÂČ bedroom is independent, facing the sea and has a double bay window for more comfort with a large dressing room and a 160 cm bed, flat screen TV on the wall. The bathroom has a shower and a sink under which is a washing machine, the suspended toilet is independent. Air conditioning in the living room as well as in the bedroom (this one does not work from October to April inclusive, underfloor heating). Armored door. To complete the whole private and secure parking space in the residence with caretaker. Sea within 100 meters and racecourse at 200 m. Proximity shops on foot.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir lich Empfang. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Balkon mit Ausblick, die Lage und die NÀhe zum Strand. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war schnell und freundlich.Merci pour Tour!

L'appartement est fidÚle aux éléments figurant dans l'annonce. TrÚs spacieux et fonctionnel, il est idéalement situé ! Pour aller à la plage, il suffit de traverser la route et on se retrouve les pieds dans l'eau.La propriétaire est charmante et l'accueil a été trÚs agréable : disponibilité, explications sur le fonctionnement des équipements, clim,.... A wonderfull view

Wonderfull! This flat has everything what we needed for a brilliant holiday. Exspecially the short way to the beach - just over the road - makes a daily swimming-event perfect.

Everything that we needed was in the Appartement and very nice air conditioner. Next to the beach and a nice view. Comfortable to reach the city by foot and other cities surrounded with the car. Totally recommend!

Prefect in every way

The apartment is just prefect, everything you need for your stay. The view is spectacular, the triple glazed doors and shutters are fantastic. The apartment is so clean, the b ed is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment- exactly as photographed. Lovely decor and very well equipped. Very good shower. Loved the balcony and enjoyed sitting there watching the world go by. There is a dual carriageway road outside but didn’t really disturb at all did not hear any noise at night. Would recommend this apartment and hope to stay again

Tout est réel dans la description. Les équipements, vaisselle, four, plaques etc... sont irréprochables. La literie au top. La vue est sublime autant à l'intérieure que sur le grand balcon. L'accueil est précis, trÚs chaleureux. Place de parking sécurisé, mais tous commerces et restauration à proximité immédiate. Nous recommandons sans réserves.

Best Spot By The Beach

The listing did not disappoint. Patricia and Jean were very kind and took time to greet us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place. Left plenty of useful tips on where to go. The A/C was perfect for this time of year (July) with the heat and humidity being quite intense. The view is beautiful. You can enjoy the beach right out from the front door of the building. The apartment is in a prime location near restaurants and supermarket all with in walking distance. If you rent a car, Antibes, Old Nice, Cannes, Valbonne and so many other locations are just a quick drive away. This was a perfect honeymoon trip for us and we would love to return.

Un sejour inoubliable

La vue de l'appartement est sublime, le balcon nous a permis d'y dejeuner souvent, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L'appartement trÚs propre, est bien conçu et situé, la place de parking privée est vraiment un plus. Bref, rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour face à la mer. Nous n'avons été dérangés par aucun désagréments, ni extérieurs ou intérieurs. Les propriétaires sont trÚs sympathiques, disponibles et prévenants. C'est à regret que nous avons quitté cet endroit merveilleux en fin de séjour, mais nous gardons précieusement cette adresse. Nous reviendrons...

Beautiful apartment spoilt (for us) by excessive noise and fume pollution

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The size, layout and furnishings were perfect for us. Patricia and Jean were delightful hosts - met us as arranged - were easy to communicate with and kindly also allowed us to leave our bags on checkout for a few hours. The apartment is located right on the beachfront with only the road infront so has wonderful views. While we were aware of its location and had read a previous review about the noise we had no idea it would be this bad. Unfortunately the noise is constant - cars and motorbikes - with the only reprieve being when the traffic is stopped by traffic lights. Despite this we slept well - the bed is comfortable and they have double or triple glazing on the sliding doors which when closed keep out most of the noise. We still had a lovely week but wouldnt look to re-book

Bel appartement mais trop bruyant / circulation véhicules,vue sur la mer, plage 40 m, parking privé

DifficultĂ© pour accĂ©der au parking privĂ©, car adresse du parking non communiquĂ©e avant le dĂ©part. PropriĂ©taires trĂšs sympathiques et disponibles si besoin. TrĂšs bel appartement soignĂ©, avec climatisation et trĂšs confortable. La propretĂ© est impeccable. Vue sur la mer, accĂšs Ă  la plage immĂ©diat, terrasse agrĂ©able mais trop bruyante. 3 bemols: bruit des vĂ©hicules +++++. Les volets roulants Ă©lectriques doivent ĂȘtre rĂ©visĂ©s ainsi que l'Ă©vacuation dans sdb, du lavabo et de la douche. L'immeuble est trĂšs propre, calme , avec une gardienne. Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours agrĂ©ables, sachant que nous ne restions guĂšre dans l'appartement notamment en raison du bruit des voitures. En effet l'immeuble est situĂ© sur la promenade de la plage, avec circulation constante, y compris tard dans la nuit...C est la raison pour laquelle , nous reviendrons Ă  Cagnes sur Mer mais pas dans cette location. De ce fait, notre apprĂ©ciation est malheureusement passable en raison de l'environnement trĂšs sonore.
