IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #123 is located on the first level, offering a prime location right by the pool. It enjoys the convenience of having a shared patio walkway, which includes personal seating for two.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our double suite is the largest and most impressive room we offer. It's designed to accommodate up to six guests and offers two full size beds. With a spacious living area of 380 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. Outside, there is a shared patio walkway, with seating available for two.

Great location

We booked a last minute spring break trip and we weren't disappointed. This hotel was in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly.

Clean and well stocked with the essentials. Good spot and reasonably priced. Unit is small but makes good use of the space available. Friendly front desk staff. Pool floats and sand toys available for use of all guests. Would stay again.

Great Location, friendly staff and not overwhelming!

We selected this hotel for its price and location. Since we spend little to no time in our room while traveling amenities and luxury aren’t important. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The location is AMAZING! You are literally in the middle of everything and walking distance to anything you could want or need. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a smaller hotel so the pool area wasn’t overwhelming and crowded, no waiting for an elevator. Just very quaint and perfect for our Clearwater vacation.

Nice place walking distance to everything no need to rent a car!

Wish there was a range in unit or gas grill on property. Eating out every meal gets expensive.

Unfortunately, our rooms are not equipped for a stove so we only have microwaves in our units. For the safety of our guests we do not allow grills. However, Sand Key Park is only a 6 minute drive from us and they have grills for public use. We hope to see you soon!

This unit is very convenient if you have children. It’s right by the pool. The unit was clean. Cleaning lady Kim took very good care of us! She was so nice and polite! I would def. stay again, They have pool toys already and also a nice sitting area. Loved it and so did my 4 children. Oh and also very close to the beach!!

Perfect location!

The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere-including the beach just across the street! I loved that we were on the the ground floor, steps away from the pool, ice machine and laundry. It feels more spacious than I was expecting from the pictures. It was perfect for my family of 4. If we go back to Clearwater Beach, I’d stay here again!
