This magnificent villa is located in a very quiet area in the outskirts of Alaró. The house, rustic style, is fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a quiet family vacation. In addition, it has a swimming pool, several furnished terraces with views of the countryside and a spectacular garden surrounding the house with natural grass.



The house is located on the outskirts of Alaró, a small quiet village in the western part of the island at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. There you will find several restaurants, supermarkets and some services. In addition, in the vicinity there are numerous natural routes perfect for hiking. Moreover, it is only 10 minutes by car from the Serra de Tramuntana and its picturesque villages or less than 30 minutes by car from the beaches of Palma, the capital of the island.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the living room.

Beautiful stay

This property is so well situated, comes equipped with all that you need. This included a welcome pack from Juan when we arrived. He spoke very good English despite him saying to the contrary. We spent some lovely days and evenings here and also a very good base for sight seeing. Would highly recommend and will be back. Dont want to leave this wonderful island.

A really lovely base for relaxing and exploring this beautiful part of Majorca

A very attractive and well equipped villa with a lovely garden in a peaceful area. The owners' generosity in laying out the table with a wonderful meal ready for our arrival was an absolute treat..especially after a delayed flight and loosing our way in the dark. Thank you to James for rescuing us and for being so helpful and charming. Even more fresh provisions provided in the kitchen. Everything was spotless and lots of extra touches to make it special. An excellent base to visit the many pretty and interesting towns in this part of the island and the mountain scenery was spectacular. The peaceful location of the villa itself was perfect for relaxing, playing table tennis and cooling down in the pool. Alaro itself has an attractive square with plenty of cafes and a pleasant setting to eat, drink and watch the world go by. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Banyols
