Fully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath beautiful home with breathtaking pool and backyard

Paradise found! While our profile mentions that we have been members since November 2017, that is because of our other listing on this same block (property 1200680). You'll see the quality and love we have put into both of our homes from the many 5 star reviews of that property.

This home is newly, completely renovated and remodeled, with a breathtaking pool with 4” deep sunshelf at one end.

The pool is surrounded by the completely private backyard which itself has been designed to make you feel like you are at the beach and has a little something for everyone in mind whether you are 7 or 70! Lie out on the loungers next to the pool, enjoy a relaxing moment in the Adirondack chairs in the "sunset" corner, play games, read books, or watch TV in the lanai, or simply float in the pool and let all your worries drift away. There are also great outdoor games to be played including bean bag toss.

The lanai, tiki bar, and pool are unscreened so you are truly outside and get to enjoy the entire backyard. Once you step out the sliding doors to the backyard you will not want to go back inside, or leave the property at all for that matter since you will be in your own personal paradise.

In the evening, sit at the bar or gather around the outside table and watch TV with a cocktail, while you cook a fantastic dinner on the gas grill or in the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The comfortable furniture is all new, and the home has toys, games and books for all age ranges, as well as a DVD player with movies, and a dart board in the garage.

If you do manage to tear yourself away, you are a 10-15 minute walk to all that downtown has to offer, which includes numerous outstanding restaurants, bars and shops!

The sandy beach is a 5-minute drive away, should you need to feel the Florida sand between your toes.

The house is spacious, clean, and well equipped with anything you might need. The location and view can’t be beat. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home!

I would definitely stay here again. The place was beautiful and so clean. Everything was comfortable. Pool was perfect, even my two fur babies had a great time roaming the backyard. Owner was a perfect host.

Amazing rental

I don’t normally comment on properties but this has been such a lovely place. While not super big it was just right for our family of 4. The pool was amazing and so was the host who was so helpful - probably the best I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely will be coming back!

Absolute heaven!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Can't say enough on how great Dianna is..she was so great in answering any questions and always quick to respond. The house was amazing...super clean and well stocked with everything. The pool was out of this world. We went to the beach one day and stayed the rest at our own private oasis!! This was the perfect place to spend our vacation!!

Perfect home a Florida vacation!

We had the best trip at this property! It is extremely clean, updated, and and comes with all the best amenities. My family especially enjoyed the pool, yard games, and tiki hut out back. It has everything you need for a easy and enjoyable vacation! The host was extremely kind and quickly responds. Also great location! It is a short walk to some really good restaurants and shops. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent stay!

Upon entering this rental I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The attention and care for this home by owners Ed and Dianna is shown in every room. Dianna was quick to answer any questions when I reached out to her. Also the neighborhood was safe and neighbors were all friendly. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals this rental is by far the best of them. I would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing stay in well appointed house!

We had a wonderful week at this beautifully renovated property! It was one of the best stocked rental houses we have stayed in. It was also extremely clean and tidy. The house has quick access to the restaurants in Cape Coral, as well as an easy drive to the beaches. (Although it was hard to leave the relaxing by the pool.) Dianna was a superb host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She was so easy and quick to communicate directly with.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was incredible clean, very well stocked and exactly as the VRBO pictures show. The property manager was so responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed right as COVID19 was hitting and the place was spotless, well stocked with toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The pool and patio area are amazing, especially for hanging out and entertaining. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and in walking distance to many restaurants and other stores. There is not one thing I would complain about!

A Phenomenal Experience!

We booked this site as a last minute getaway adventure. We could not have been happier with the experience from the moment we booked this rental. Dianna and Ed are quite simply the BEST owners you could ask for to communicate with. They thought of everything to make the stay memorable. The rental was spotless, private, and had everything we could possibly ask for and more! Needless to say, we were sad when our adventure was over! We would ABSOLUTELY rent this place again! Perfect getaway

This place was heaven on earth. Ed and Dianna have thought of everything. It was spotless and Dianna responded to any questions we had immediately. Very private fenced back yard felt like your own private oasis. Restaurants and grocery stores are a quick 5 minute drive. Kitchen cabinets were stocked with everything you need. Even the toilet paper was top of the line. Lol. These guys didn't cut any corners.

Fantastic Stay in Florida!

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this rental from December 28th-January 3rd. The home is perfect for families with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make a meal from pots/pans to a blender. We cooked many meals there and could not think of anything additional that we would need. The backyard was amazing! The pool is gorgeous and warm (88 degrees in December!) and there are lots of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The home is also stocked with books and games (including Bags for the backyard). We also appreciated the beach towels and cooler that we used when we visited the beautiful Florida beaches. We would recommend this amazing vacation home to anyone looking for a great location in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area.

Perfect home away from home!

This property is phenomenal. Definitely home away from home. Booking was very easy and owner extremely friendly and communicative. Property as listed, even better! The inside of the house was immaculate and the decor was colorful and welcoming with a beach theme. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities you need! (It even included a Ninja blender and cup, just like I have at home!). The backyard and pool were just breathtaking! The palm trees, places to sit and relax, tiki bar, and pool with waterfall made the outdoor space a great place for our family to hang out. My kids enjoyed using all the pool toys, floaties, and yard games. The host was quick with responses when we had questions and made our first time VRBO experience fantastic! If you want to “beach hop” it’s a great location in a great neighborhood. We visited Sanibel Island (about 30 min drive), Lovers Key (about 35 min drive), and Delnor Wiggins (about 45 min drive). Our family definitely made some great memories at this awesome home away from home property.

Didn't want to leave!

I mean, what is not to say about this property? The property looked exactly like the photos. The pool was an oasis and we spent probably 6 hours a day in the backyard. The house was so clean and inviting, the beds were comfortable there were plenty of towels and pool towels for all 5 of us. We were able to bring our dog and he enjoyed the fenced in back yard. You can tell that the owners really put thought into every detail. The kitchen is well stocked, the pots and pans were in great shape, there were basic spices etc in the cabinets, the towels and linens smelled lovely and were soft and fluffy. There were bikes for our kiddos (we ended up not using them bc of spending all our time in the pool). The owners were super nice and quick to respond and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and restaurants. We ordered take out from several of their recommendations and enjoyed them all (Slate's shrimp and grits was the best!). I love that they even labeled the remotes and wall switches so there was no guessing game :) Honestly I can't say anything bad about this property. It was a 10.5 hour drive for us but we will definitely be back!

Best Week Ever!

This house was made for total relaxation. If you think the pictures look nice, wait until you see it in person. The neighborhood is adorable and super quiet. The home is immaculate, and is set up perfectly. The remodel on this place is top-notch, and the decor just immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. A crisp, clean, cozy beach theme that makes it so easy to feel like it's really your home for the stay. Our family of 6 plus our dogs had plenty of space to spread out and do our own thing, and then plenty of gathering spots to hang out together for family time. The house is great, but we were outside so much more than inside. The private outdoor space felt like a mini resort, and we couldn't get enough of it! We were out there day and night, and ate most meals out there too. If you were hesitant to rent this property because you saw that there was no screened lanai and are thinking that mosquitos will be a problem - don't worry! I almost let my husband talk me out booking this one because of that, and it was NOT an issue. The owners take such good care of this property and it is actually treated for mosquitos. We were swimming out there every night and had no issues with any bugs at all. Dianna was an incredible host, so happy to share her incredible home. We had the best week, and everyone has asked me to book the same house for next year's trip! I would have given this experience- renting from Ed & Dianna- six stars if I could!

Christmas in Cape Coral

Oh my gosh where do we start! Dianna was awesome to work with best of the best! She was just great about checking on us making sure we had what we needed. And we did, this house was the best "stocked" home we have ever stayed in and the Pups had a great time too! Made our vacation even better since we did not have to board them they could hang out by the pool and chill. They were not allowed in the pool and they seemed "ok" with this, while we played in pool they lay on one of their beds or our 1 is a sun goddess so she actually layed mostly in the sun all day. Location was perfect we were close to so many restaurants, groceries, liquor stores anything you needed was within 5 mile radius. WiFi worked excellent, son had to work some while there so he had no trouble logging in and working, while the rest of us were streaming music or watching tv. Plenty of channels and smart tv's Kitchen had any gadget and very nice dishes we actually had a cookout with family 1 day and utilized the awesome Weber Grill. There were bikes to ride, laundry area was clean and orderly . Plenty of towels, beach towels. Garage was a plus for storing our golf clubs, beach chairs and suitcases. Backyard very private and fenced. This is one of our top VRBO Stays - look forward to returning to this property in future. Thank you for making our Christmas great! Granddaughter was in the pool every day and loved every minute! She will remember this Christmas for years to come, thank you for all the personal touches. Bill and Janie

Truly Paradise!

This is an exceptional property. We lived in this home for the past 7 weeks with our little dog and cat. It was truly an outstanding experience. We were met by Ed and Dianna upon arrival and given a quick walk through,which was perfect. They are both truly amazingly wonderful people. The home is immaculate and has been renovated so well. Both bathrooms have absolutely beautiful tile. Master bath has a walk in shower,which is wonderful. Guest bath has a tub/shower combination, which I find necessary. A perfect set up for us. The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It is so well stocked. Not just the kitchen,but everywhere. There is not one thing you could possibly need. There are games,books,DVD's ,Bluetooth speaker,yard games,pool games,beach towels... Anything you could possibly want! And then there is the backyard... A dream come true! You could not ask for more. It is beautiful. Very large and fully fenced for total privacy. Our dog loved it. As did we. We spent so much time out there. Multiple chairs and loungers. The heated pool is gorgeous with a fountain and waterfall. So beautifully lit at night. And always a joy to get into. A perfect temperature! I could go on and on about our wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend renting this property. It is in a wonderful location within walking distance to just about everything. A very quiet street with very friendly neighbors. Lastly, Ed and Dianna are just awesome people. So easy to communicate and interact with. So friendly and truly caring. Back Again - Still Amazing!

It was our 2nd year in a row renting this house from Dianna and Ed who are so great to work with. Last year, when it was time to check out, the family was already asking me to consider renting the same exact house for next year's trip. The second time around was just as good, if not better than the first. I can't say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed. So much to do in the area, so many beaches close by, but most days it's difficult to get the family to want to leave the comfort and fun at the actual house and in the back yard. The house has every thing you need! Once you stock it up with food, it's time for a glass of wine and a real vacation.

The Perfect Rental!

This house was truly perfect. Very clean, nice interior, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood, and an easy drive to Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach. We spent a week here with our young daughter and just stayed at the house for a few days enjoying the pool and the outdoor area. The house came with everything you could possibly want, including fun things like yard games, pool toys, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs, plus plenty of essentials. And the owner Dianna is AWESOME. It's obvious how much pride she takes in this property and how much she cares about making everyone's stay perfect. She sent a long list of activity/restaurant recommendations as well which was super helpful. Couldn't recommend this house more. We'll be back very soon!

A Piece of Paradise

My husband and I stayed at this amazing property from 1/29-2/26. I can’t say enough great things about the house, location and especially our hosts. The House - the pictures of the house are beautiful, but once you get there, it gets even better. Dianna and Ed have done everything you can think of to make you feel welcome and at home. The house is very well stocked with any appliance you could want, along with extras like cozy blankets and even a band aid for the blister after my first walk in sandals after a long winter. The pool area is equally equipped with floats of all kinds. Location- the location is great! There are many restaurants within walking distance and anything else you want is just a short drive away. Note - the drive to Ft. Myers beach can get crazy. Go early or check into a water taxi. Our Hosts - Dianna could easily teach a MasterClass on being a VRBO host. Her emails prior to our arrival provided a ton of great information on local attractions and restaurant options. She was there any time we had a question on any topic. My only regret was that we weren’t able to meet her and Ed in person - next time for sure.

Perfect little getaway!

We loved our stay at this home in Cape Coral. The home and grounds were very clean. Dianna was available 24/7 for any questions, which was very helpful! We stayed for over a week and literally did not leave the house the entire time. It had everything we needed. Our two dogs loved the yard and all the space for running and playing. We will definitely be back!

This home was extremely beautiful and clean. Dianna and Ed were a pleasure to deal with; they were very friendly and happy to share information. I felt very comfortable in this home and they seemed to have thought of anything you may need for your stay. They set the bar high for future rentals.
