About this property
Comfortable "Penty cozy" house, close to the sea
You will be welcomed in our "Penty Cozy" of 90 m2 completely renovated located in the heart of a village of character, close to the sea (3kms). You will find there all the tranquility necessary for a pleasant stay. You will also enjoy the lovely view of the listed village church. The fully enclosed garden is safe for children.
At the crossroads of many destinations: Lannion; the Côte de Granit Rose and its village of Ploumanac'h; Tréguier and its cathedral, Paimpol and the nearby Ile de Bréhat but also Morlaix, Roscoff, Brest ... Hiking trails and GR34 nearby for walks to the sea
The region offers multiple possibilities without forgetting all the activities related to the seaside.
Our "Penty Cozy" is located a few steps from our main house. So we can be available when needed.
A pellet stove can brighten up your evenings (bag provided on request).
The two bedrooms are located upstairs. A bedroom with a large bed (160) for 2 people and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the ground floor, a sofa can also accommodate a 5th bed.
Everything you need for babies is at your disposal: bed, high chair, deckchair, toilet booster, changing table, stroller, backpack carrier.
Garden furniture is available.
Depending on the weather, we put at your disposal our kayaks equipped for a sea trip (4 places)
Small dog accepted.
