Exceptional location between the beach and shops. Country house with a large space. 1 private parking space (unfenced).
Ground floor: 1 dining room, 1 kitchen (opening onto an enclosed courtyard) and 1 toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bathroom (shower, sink).
Amenities: 1 gas stove, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 TV, 1 fireplace (decorative only), 1 washing machine, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 garden furniture set, and 1 barbecue. Antique furniture.
Location: approximately 200 m from the beach, shops, and the market. End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Housekeeping option upon reservation. Sheets and household linen not provided, paid option upon reservation. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted.
