"WORKSHOP":

For rent new house (March 2018), ground floor, for 2/4 people located in Fréhel (22240) in a quiet area 450 m from shops and 2.5 km from the beach!

The house (85 m²) with the current deco industrial style, single-storey, non-terraced, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and flat screen tv and 1 with 2 single beds : all bed bases are new as well as mattresses memory form), a bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer, a large living area with the living room, flat screen TV (106 cm) and the stove, an open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, traditional coffee and Senseo, fridge-freezer, ...).

Iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a garage where the washing machine is located and where you can drop bicycles, strollers, fishing equipment, surfboard, boots and waxed ...

You will be able to take advantage of the closed external ground (about 400 m ²) with terrace, living room of garden, deckchairs and barbecue!

Possibility to provide free cot, baby bath and high chair.

Beaches, golf, mini-golf, sailing school, equestrian center, casino, hiking trails (GR 34), Thalasso du Val-André, large aquarium of St-Malo are within walking distance to occupy your days!

The magnificent Cap-Fréhel (visit on foot or boat trip along the coast), Fort La Latte, Golden Sands, Erquy, Perros-Guirrec, Ploumanach (favorite village of the French in 2015), the island Bréhat, St-Cast-Le-Guildo, The Val-André and its Thalasso, St-Malo the corsair city, Dinan, Dinard and even the Mont St-Michel are very close for the days visits ...!

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison. Tout était nickel. Propre, de plein-pied, calme, confortable (le canapé moyen mais c'est une question de gout) et avec un immense jacuzzi. Le jardin est bien cloturé, les animaux sont acceptés. La maison est à 7min en voiture de plages magnifiques, à 11min du phare du Cap Fréhel et à 2min de Fréhel. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais ils ont été dispo par sms rapidement quand j'ai eu des questions. Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Ideal gelegene Unterkunft: alles top!

Wir waren 14 Tage in Fréhél und haben einen super Urlaub hier verbracht. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto an der Küste und an wunderschönen Sandstränden. Ein Ausflug nach St. Malo ist mit 45 Minuten Anfahrt auch kein Problem. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgemacht, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Garten war ideal für unseren Hund und für ein Sonnenbad im Garten. Ein paar Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle wären noch nett gewesen. Den Whirlpool und auch den Grill haben wir gern ein paar Mal genutzt. Empfehlung!

Joli gîte au calme

Un gîte fonctionnel, récent et joliment aménagé où nous avons passé d’agréables vacances avec notre chien ( le jardin clôturé a été fort apprécié). Le village est tout proche et on y trouve l’indispensable : boulangerie, boucherie, bureau de poste, pharmacie et aussi un très bon restaurant. Petit marché alimentaire hebdomadaire bien sympathique aussi. La région est très belle, les plages magnifiques et offre de belles ballades à qui aime la nature et la mer. Nous recommandons ce gîte où nous reviendrons volontiers nous ressourcer quelques jours.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce gîte avec notre chien. Nous le recommandons vivement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. L'accueil est chaleureux. Tout est propre et agréable.
