Located on Manasota Key, you have the Gulf of Mexico to your front and Lemon Bay at your back. Walk around back & your private beach awaits. Pull out a beach chair, pour your favorite spirit and relax. Time to trade in the ties and heels for flops and bermudas.
The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will try our best to accommodate an early check in, but we want to ensure a top notch experience. The home has a private boardwalk that leads to your own beach. Please do not sit on furniture wet as they will stain. Equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt. Public beaches include-Stump Pass, Englewood, Blind Pass and Manasota-all just minutes away. Cocktails and dining under 3 miles. Be mindful coming out of the driveway as it is steep and can be difficult to see oncoming traffic. Livingroom and master bedroom have cable tv. Two guest rooms have DVD players , so bring along the favorite movies .

Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.

TO DO:

1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.

4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.

5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.

6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.

7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.

8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location

9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.

10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.

11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.

12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.

13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.

** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.
Englewood is a quaint community that is known for Mom and Pop shops as opposed to franchise and big box stores. Manasota Key has several unique dining experiences with live music and entertainment nightly. Manasota Key Road extends the length of the 11 mile island. Hugged by an oak canopy, it makes for a great sight seeing trip whether by bike or car. The road is narrow so proceed cautiously and be mindful of bicyclists and pedestrians.
Guests have full access to the home with the exception of one locked room in the garage and one locked closet in the home.
The lower levels features a three stall garage that is remote operated. We recommend garage parking as the driveway has a steep incline. A small flight of exterior stairs leads to the second floor where your living and dining space is found. Open concept kitchen that is fully stocked for those who like to test their culinary skills. Pocket sliders open from the living room and the breeze is incredible. Fire up the grill and eat your meals outside looking out to the water. Half bathroom is conveniently positioned on this level. A second flight of steps leads to the sleeping quarters. Each of the three bedrooms has a slider door that opens to the balcony that overlooks the ebbing waves. Playful dolphins and a variety of sea birds paint the landscape. You cannot help but get a restful night's sleep. The sunsets are nothing short of breath taking. The master bedroom is equipped with King sized accommodations and features an ensuite bathroom. The second guest room offers a comfortable Queen bedding and the last bedroom has a set of bunks and desk space for the children. The home is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys. Bring your sunblock and bathing suits and let the rejuvenation begin.
A car is recommended . You can also rent bicycles, which provides a great means to explore the immediate area. Uber serves well when going out for the night.
