Great place in Moab

Beautiful vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Moab is a beautiful place to visit and we enjoyed seeing Arches NP and our rafting trip.

Property slightly outdated. Few minor upgrades would go a long way. Had an excellent time. Staff was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We weren't there that long but it was clean and lots of soaps for showering. Pillows in living room were scratchy and beds weren't the best. Overall it was good though

I loved the three bedrooms, and the master bedroom on the main floor. The closets were huge. I also loved that it was right next to the pool, although we received the wrong pool code so luckily another resident told us the real one and let us in. I loved the patio in the back, it was very private.

Clean home in a great location

Community pool was nice. Rooms are large and spacious. Lots of closet space. Property is maintained decent but definitely needs more upkeep. An ice maker in the fridge would be nice. My wife enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. Overall decent value.

NIce place- HARD beds!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo overall- but the beds are without a doubt the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept on. We kept trying a different bedroom, hoping the next bed would be better, and ended up sleeping in the twin beds, which were marginally the best of the three rooms. It's a nice place- just bring a mattress pad with you!

Quiet location

Easy check in, quiet, nice grounds with trees/shrubs. Beds were comfortable, sheets soft, pool towels were nice. Coffee maker has wrong size pot so making coffee was tricky. Needed to get coffee, creamer, and sugar(not provided). A/c worked nicely, star gazing was excellent. Right next to pool, but noise was not a problem. Took until next day to get correct pool code. Back door tricky to lock, so used broomstick. Overall, good, comfortable place.

Clean cozy townhouse

This was a great place to stay while exploring Moab. It's not right in the downtown area so it was generally quiet at night but was also only a ~10 minute drive from the stores & restaurants. Amenities included little bars of soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. The kitchen had some dish-washing and laundry tabs, along with dish soap and paper towels. The kitchen included most things you would expect, pots/pans/dishes but also had a can opener, cork screw, vegetable peeler, cheese grater, cutting boards. The "sharp" knives were not very sharp. The kitchen did not have a cookie sheet or tray and only two dish towels. There was also not a sponge or dish cloth or anything to use to wipe counters or wash dishes. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. Overall a great place.

We loved the location, nice and quiet but next to the pool and close to town. The condo was very clean, nice, and well stocked for all of our needs. Be aware that the beds are very firm, specifically the downstairs king. This is the only reason it did not get a five star review.

Great Location

The place needs a deep clean. The kitchen needs more cooking dishes, 9x13 glass dish should be a standard in kitchens. We have stayed in a couple different units in this place complex. They are all about the same.

Very nice property

The home was clean and in good repair. We had no issues with the home or neighborhood. The only negative I would say, and it’s a small one is it would have been nicer if I was closer to the center of town.
