Quiet landaise house with swimming pool

Beautiful Landes house renovated on an airial 3000m² with trees not overlooked, very quiet location.

The house is located 10 km from the beach, the closest being that of the barracks, it is supervised, there is a surf school and a small snack facing the ocean, something rare in the moors, the beaches from Soustons or Seignosse le Penon are 11km away. It is also close to all amenities, supermarket, market (3 times a week in July and August), cinema, doctors ... and 2 steps from the Etang Blanc nature reserve, a magnificent site. Lots of bike rides are possible from the house.

Our house is 140m² habitable, plus an adjoining 15m² studio.
It consists of a large living room of 64m², fully equipped open kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, bread machine, coffee maker ...
Another TV lounge in the 24m² veranda, with a 1st bedroom on the mezzanine with a king size bed (180/200).
2nd bedroom of 16m² with a double bed (140/190).
3rd bedroom of 12m² with 2 single beds.
4th double bedroom in the studio, pull-out beds (2x90 / 190).
Possibility of another double bed in the large living room.
Large 12m² bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Separate toilets.
wifi and desktop available.
A large wooden terrace of 70 m² borders the house facing South and East, large dining table, barbecue and cozy little lounge.
In the garden, new 8m / 4m above ground pool, large trampoline, swing and sandpit.

We can provide you with 2 umbrella beds, a high chair, a baby cook, a bottle warmer, as well as many toys and books.

You will be charged € 150 for cleaning if you do not wish to do so before your departure.
