Charming cottage for a country getaway

carefully and beautifully arranged, perfectly suited and organized for a couple, it's a lovely place to roam the surrounding countryside, in a peaceful and quiet environment yet only a few minutes away by car of all the necessities. we had such a lovey time here !

Wir haben den Urlaub im Haus genossen. Das ist schön ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Es liegt in den HĂŒgeln und von hier aus kann man schöne AusflĂŒge zu den vielen interessanten Orten im Burgund mit dem Auto machen. Beaune, Dijon, Morvan, Bibracte, Autun, Cluny und die vielen Chateaus (z.B. Cormatin) sind wirklich sehenswert. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man tolle AusflĂŒge durch die Weinberge und entlang der KanĂ€le auf den offiziellen Radwegen machen. Die 400 Höhenmeter zum Haus haben wir uns aber mit dem FahrradtrĂ€ger am Auto erspart. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und auch die Nachbarn, die sich vor Ort um das Haus kĂŒmmern.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une trÚs agréable semaine en Août dans ce gßte, trÚs calme et trÚs joliment décoré. Une doc abondante permet de trouver sans problÚme de quoi remplir une semaine de découverte de petit coin de Bourgogne.

Entspannung fernab des Massentourismus

Das HĂ€uschen liegt nur 30 Kilometer von Beaune entfernt, aber im Hinterland der Weinberge und daher absolut ruhig. St.-Gervais-sur-Couches ist ein netter kleiner Weiler mitten in den burgundischen HĂŒgeln ohne eigene Infrastruktur. Alle LĂ€den des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, einen sehr guten BĂ€cker und einen tollen Metzger) gibt es in Nolay, 7 km entfernt, man braucht also ein Auto. Das HĂ€uschen selbst ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, auch die KĂŒche. Es entspricht den Bildern auf der Website. FĂŒr unseren Geschmack stand zuviel Nippes herum (FlĂ€schchen, Döschen, Deckchen usw.), hĂ€tten wir nicht gebraucht, aber viele finden das (laut GĂ€stebuch) offenbar schön. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht. BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher kann man fĂŒr 20 € zubuchen (wir haben unsere eigenen mitgebracht). Die Gartenmöbel waren etwas klapprig, aber die Betten bequem (gute Matratzen, auch fĂŒr Ă€ltere Semester), Fernseher/WLAN Kaffeemaschine KĂŒcheneinrichtung alles funktionstĂŒchtig und ok. Die Kommunikation mit Mme Fisse und der Check-in waren einfach und zuverlĂ€ssig, incl. der Anreise-Anweisungen (St. Gervais liegt nĂ€mlich so weit ab vom Weltgeschehen, dass man mit GPS dort nicht hinfindet). Der 'Badesee' in Nolay ist eher ein TĂŒmpel, aber in Sentenay (10 km) gibt es ein Freibad. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen, im weiteren Umkreis gibt es auch sehr gute Restaurants, und natĂŒrlich Gelegenheit zu Weinproben ohne Ende. Wir haben uns wohlgfĂŒhlt fernab des Trubels!

Das kleine HĂ€uschen von Madame Fisse hat alles, was man braucht fĂŒr einen gelungenen Urlaub: geschmackvolle Innenausstattung, einen gepflegten Außenbereich sowie eine ruhige Lage, die es einem jedoch ermöglicht, alle lohnenswerte Ziele der Umgebung schnell zu erreichen. Charme et tranquillité

Ce petit gĂźte est plein de charme. Les propriĂ©taires en ont fait un nid douillet oĂč rien ne manque pour le confort des vacanciers et l organisation du quotidien ou des activitĂ©s de loisirs (vĂ©los ou transats ou jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©) . Les objets ont tous une Ăąme. La dĂ©licate attention des propriĂ©taires Ă  notre arrivĂ©e nous a fait plaisir. La documentation sur la rĂ©gion est fournie et nous a permis de rayonner Ă  la redecouverte de la Bourgogne , de ses bons vins et bonnes adresses de gastronomie mais aussi de ses jolies petits villages et marchĂ©s locaux. Heerlijk verblijf in gezellig huisje

Wij hebben een heerlijke ontspannende week gehad in het huis in Saint Gervais Sur Couches. De omgeving is prachtig. Je kunt er prachtig wandelen en we hebben met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen die bij het huis aanwezig zijn. ( maak een fietstocht door de wijnvelden !!) Op een paar kilometer afstand is een leuk meertje waar je lekker kunt zwemmen en zonnen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien . Alles is aanwezig. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht. Enige nadeel is dat je tuin aan de weg zit waardoor je weinig privacy hebt. Maar omdat het een rustig dorp is en er weinig verkeer langskomt was dit voor ons geen probleem.

Maison propre, bien équipée et agréable

Nous avons loué cette maison en plus du gßte. Pour un couple avec ou un deux enfants la maison est assez grande et confortable. Elle est bien équipée avec un véritable lit pour bébé. Comme pour le gßte, cette maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de soin.

Schönes Domizil in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben in dem kleinen HĂ€uschen von Familie Fisse 11 erholsame Tage verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf, zentral fĂŒr AusflĂŒge (Morvan, Weinberge, Wanderungen, StĂ€dtebesichtigungen, Weinkauf) und nahe zu einem See (Nolay) und zum Einkaufen. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne SpaziergĂ€nge unternehmen. Das hintere, grĂ¶ĂŸere Haus hat einen Pool, den wir an einem Wochenende auch nutzen durften. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet. Es gibt FahrrĂ€der in einem Schuppen zum Ausleihen (uns war es aber zu heiß und zu steil!) und einen gemĂŒtlichen Sitzbereich draußen. Als die EingangstĂŒre klemmte, haben wir das gemeldet und ganz schnell wurde das repariert, Danke dafĂŒr und fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Excellente situation

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour varier les paysages et les activitĂ©s - proximitĂ© du vignoble, canal de bourgogne, chateaux, Morvan, tout Ă  maximum 1h de route (mais souvent plutĂŽt 15-30 minutes). MalgrĂ© une chaleur de canicule sur plusieurs jours (35€) on Ă©tait trĂšs Ă  l'aise dans la maison car les murs sont Ă©pais. Nous avons pu profiter des vĂ©los sur place, mais c'est vrai que la situation de St Gervais en hauteur rend le vĂ©lo assez sportif. Ceci dit c'est archi-simple de louer des vĂ©los (traditionnel ou Ă©lectrique) auprĂšs des mairies des villes prĂšs du canal (Santenay, Chagny), nous avons pu faire des kilomĂštres en famille comme ça. Les environs de Nolay sont particuliĂšrement beaux - mention spĂ©cial pour la randonnĂ©e "le tour du bout du monde", vue Ă  couper le souffle Ă  la fin. La maison est trĂšs bien et exactement comme dĂ©crite ; il y a beaucoup de documentation sur les activitĂ©s et les environs, pas la peine d'emmener son guide! Sur une durĂ©e plus longue, certains trouveraient peut-ĂȘtre un peu petit en famille, mais c'est trĂšs bien pour une semaine ou un long weekend, et en couple ce serait vraiment parfait (et on y songe d'ailleurs). Enfin, nos enfants Ă©taient ravis - et nous demandent dĂ©jĂ  quand on pourra y retourner "dans la mĂȘme maison" !

Sehr schönes kleines HÀuschen auf dem Land

Es handelt sich um ein sehr liebevoll, typisch französisch eingerichtetes HĂ€uschen auf dem Land. Zum BĂ€cker sind es ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Im großen Garten hinter dem großen, ebenfalls zu mietenden Haus ist ein netter Pool ,den man sich mit den Mietern des großen Hauses teilt. Es steht alles zur VerfĂŒgung, was man brauchen könnte, sogar RĂ€der und Helme. Es fĂŒhlt sich sofort nach einem Zuhause an. Gerne wieder.
