Overbooking
In general we did appreciate the condo. It is just the fact, that when we arrived, the person at the security desk told us we could not be 8adults in the condo. That by overbooking, it was our first and last warning and they would kick us out if anything happened.Which was not our fault since day one, it was showing on our reservation confirmation 8 adults.

This place needs a total overhaul! Location was amazing. Beds were comfy. Those are the only positives of this place. Check in is like your signing in to prison. They were very rude. Once though that nightmare when we inspeced the condo found it needed so
Much work. Oh and the pool closed at 6pm. WHAT?? Thats absolutely crazy. I would never stay here again!!!!!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was excellent and it came equipped with all the things we need. We are a family of 5 and we fit comfortably in.
The building could use a renovation, the gym equipment is defective and I was expecting the tennis court to drain water faster.
The Valet Parking worked like a charm, it can be busy at times but they work hard to serve the clients.
The pathway behind the hotel is good to a nice jog or bike ride and the free trolley station is right next to the hotel.
Groceries are a little far but the store(s) in the hotel are well stocked with basic necessities.
Firstly I want stay I’ve been a Vrbo member for over 10 years and have throughly enjoyed my experience up until this point. I took my adult family to Miami for the first time and my 1st goal was to have a 2 BR condo. This place only has a partition closing off 1 of the BR which did not give us the privacy we wanted. To add insult to injury there were roaches and gnats in the bathroom area. When we contacted the host he stated that we brought the roaches and with us and that when the housekeeping came they didn’t see the roach they said everything was fine. We also have pictures of trash in the partition divot where prior guest must have thrown there. We left after less than 24 hrs and the host refused to make this right, while also being very rude. The Hilton welcome us and you should never stay here if you want to enjoy a nice experience in Miami.
Manque de propreté, pas de plafond à la 2ème chambre donc quand on allume la lumière du salon ou de la cuisine, ceux qui dorment dans cette chambre sont réveillés. Informations erronées sur le code wifi, le code du portillon piscine, l'heure de disponibilité de l'appartement. Nous avons trouvé 2 cafards, il faut dire qu'il y a un espace d'au moins 1 cm sous la porte d'entrée. Le robinet de la baignoire ne tient plus très bien. La résidence aurait besoin d'une grosse rénovation.
Nous y avons séjourné pendant 2 jours, avant de ce rendre au port pour partir en croisière. Nous avons tous bien aimé le condo, très propres, belle plage.
