In the heart of sand dunes and facing the sea

Spacious house with a large living room of 40m2 and bright with large windows overlooking the sea and the dunes. Ideal for a large family with 4 bedrooms, 2 with a bed of 160 cm, a room with a bed 140 cm, a room with 2 single beds 70, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. All beds are equipped with a duvet. Sheets and towels are not provided. The outdoor wooden space consists of several terraces with deckchairs and outdoor furniture. In a quiet and private estate, wooden villa at the top of the dunes, surrounded by sand and greenery overlooking the sea and 300 meters walk from a huge sandy beach. Many activities or discoveries nearby: the Bay of Somme, the Marquenterre Park, the swimming pool Aquaclub Belle Dune, a golf course, the yacht club to practice sand yachting, equestrian center, acrobranche, tennis, bike paths and Hiking routes ... All shops are nearby.

Eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in den Dünen

Sehr schönes Häuschen in den Dünen von Quend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Quend in Gehweite. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten inklusive Kamin und Grill ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat auf unsere Anfrage auch ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Strand auch bei eher schlechtem Wetter. Gerade das Haus mit Blick in die Dünen trägt zur Erholung bei. Für Urlauber aus Deutschland: Die Betten haben eine große Decke (französische Maße) und man muss das Bettzeug selbst mitbringen (Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls im Haus)

Tolle Lage oben auf den Dünen

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oben auf dem Dünenkamm mit anderen Häusern mit einem tollen Blick in die weitläufige Dünenlandschaft und rechts einem Streifen Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich mit einem Beachflair eingerichtet und mit allen Alltagsutensilien ausgestattet inkl. einem Elektrogrill. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu berücksichtigen sind die ca. 60 unebenen Stufen zum Haus hoch – aber ein bisschen Sport schadet ja nicht; das Haus ist aufgrund seiner offenen Holz-Bauweise recht hellhörig. Der kilometerlange Strand ist in 5 Minuten, Bäcker/ Mini-Market sowie der Kern von Quend sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Christophe für die An-/ Abreise, Informationen rund ums Haus war sehr angenehm und hilfreich.

Traumhaftes Haus in wundervoller Lage

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders haben wir die abgeschiedene Lage geschätzt- absolute Ruhe am Haus, 5 Minuten laufen und man ist im Ort oder am Strand. In Quend selbst war einiges los, davon bekommt man aber erst etwas mit, wenn man die Siedlung verlässt. Mit 2 Töchtern im Teenager Alter war es sehr von Vorteil, dass es 2 Bäder gibt und keine Zimmer mit Hochbetten. Und dass das Internet Tiktok und Netflix gleichzeitig geschafft hat. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns immer wieder zu der Wahl dieses Ferienhauses selbst beglückwünscht.

Traumhafte Lage

Tolle Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, engagierter Vermieter - und dazu eine fantastische Lage. Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt und sind rundum zufrieden. Empfehlung für jeden der einigermaßen mobil ist (längere Treppe mit unregelmäßigen Stufen führt zum Haus).

Un endroit magnifique !

Outre la localisation idéale proche de la plage, la maison offre un cadre calme et reposant avec une vue superbe sur les dunes. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec soin. L'ensemble contribue à passer un excellent séjour. Nous pensons déjà à revenir.

Schönes Haus in entspannter Lage.

Vom Haus hat man einen sehr beruhigenden Blick in die Dünenlandschaft mit dem Meer im Hintergrund. Der Strand ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, die allgemeine Austattung ausreichend. Zum Haus führt eine steile Treppe. Ein E-Bike dort hochzutragen ist eine Herausforderung.

Au top du top !

Endroit incroyable... le logement est au top, très spacieux et très bien équipé. L'environnement est au top... face à 7km de no-man's land... Vue sur la mer entre deux dunes. Le village de Quend plage... petite station balnéaire inchangée depuis 30 ans... il y fait bon vivre... Tout se fait à pied entre le shelter, la plage, le centre ville...

un endroit magnifique

Un endroit magnifique donc et une très chouette maison, mais quelques bémols. Machine à café en panne (et je ne fais pas 30 km pour aller en acheter une :)), poignée de la toilette cassée...(avec qq un enfermé dedans sinon c'est pas drôle), chasse d'eau qui coule. Rien de bien grave mais vu qu'on m'a demandé 1 euro symbolique pour un verre cassé, je me dis que cela peut être signalé... 100 euros de nettoyage, ce n'est pas rien et pour éviter de les payer, il faudrait se grouiller pour tout nettoyer avant 9h30, sans avoir la certitude que le résultat plaira. Autant dire qu'avec des petits enfants, ce n'est pas jouable. Les escaliers (qui devraient être signalés ailleurs que dans les "équipements"): avec des petits enfants, c'est galère car ils sont étroits et très irréguliers. Une suggestion: installer sur le parking ou au bas des escaliers une rampe pour y attacher des vélos car il n'est pas possible de les monter et de les descendre chaque fois. Autre suggestion: demander à la mairie de prévoir un tri des déchets facilement accessible? Bonne fin de saison, Bonjour, En réponse à votre réaction à propos de mon avis que vous considérez comme non valide, je vous informe que je n'ai pas envie de modifier mon avis mais cela ne me gêne pas le moins du monde qu'il ne soit pas publié. Je précise toutefois, à votre intention, que je considère que le mécanisme mis en place à propos du nettoyage n'est pas adéquat: il serait beaucoup plus clair de prévoir d'emblée le prix du nettoyage dans le prix de location. Les modalités de l'état des lieux de sortie n'étaient pas trop claires non plus, d'autant plus qu'il n'y avait pas eu d'état des lieux d'entrée... Bien à vous,

Merci Marie Françoise pour votre commentaire. Cependant je suis tiens à préciser les petits bémols ! La cafetière filtre est en panne mais il y a une Nespresso qui fonctionne . Les vacanciers précédents ne m’ont pas communiquer le fait qu’elle était hors service la semaine avant ! Il me faut juste le temps nécessaire pour la remplacer . Je vous avais proposé de le faire si cela était possible pour vous . Idem pour la poignée de toilette ! Je n’étais pas informé donc impossible pour moi de la remplacer . Pour la chasse d’eau qui coule , je suis informé et je dois la réparer. Mais je pense que c’est plus un problème pour moi que pour les locataires car je fais pas payer la consommation d’eau ! Pour le verre cassé à 1€ , je donne à mon gestionnaire de location la responsabilité de gérer. 1 verre ce n’est pas grand chose mais au bout de plusieurs semaines cela peut gêner mes hôtes futurs . Pour le nettoyage à 100€ je l’incluais auparavant au prix de la location mais les commentaires de certains locataires me demander de le proposer à la carte . C’est donc difficile de contenter tout le monde. Pour l’escalier extérieur pour accéder à la maison je n’ai pas de solution. Certes 50 marches cela peut être compliqué , mais c’est indiqué dans l’annonce ( je modifie ce jour le lieu de cette information dans l’annonce ) et c’est cela qui rend l’endroit exceptionnel : se retrouver dans une maison dans les dunes avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Pour le tri des déchets je ne peux rien faire … tant que la mairie ne l’a pas décider ! Pour l’état des lieux je laisse le soin à mon gestionnaire de location de gérer. S’agissant d’une maison de famille dans laquelle nous vivons tous les week-ends de l’année, il me semble compliqué et long de faire un état des lieux exhaustifs compte tenu de tout ce que nous laissons à disposition ! Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in den Dünen

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf eine Dünenlandschaft und das Meer, zum Strand und nach Quend-Plage sind es jeweils nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet, z.B. nach Amiens, Calais, Le Touquet, Abbeville oder zur Baie der la Somme. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :-)
