Sugar Sands at The Enclave in Destin, FL! Our three-bedroom penthouse presents tall windows with gorgeous views from every room! This penthouse is spectacularly located right across the street from the beach and is only steps away from private access to the white sugar sand. Beautifully decorated in an upscale beach style. This 3 Bedroom, 2-bath home can comfortably accommodate 9 guests. The resort offers a pool, 2 tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a sand volleyball court.

Welcome to Sugar Sands at The Enclave in Destin, FL! Our three-bedroom penthouse presents tall windows with gorgeous views from every room! This penthouse is spectacularly located right across the street from the beach! At Sugar Sands, you are only steps away from private access to the white sugar sand beaches of Destin; hence the name of this lovely penthouse!

FLOOR PLAN
⭐Our penthouse is beautifully decorated in an upscale beach style. The living area is has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the southwest, overlooking the pristine emerald-green gulf waters. A formal dining room is separate from the main living area and has sliding glass doors leading out onto the balcony boasting stunning gulf views! The kitchen is very open with brand-new stainless steel appliances and custom-stained cabinetry. Please note the fireplace is not to be used and is capped off at the chimney top.

BEDROOMS
⭐The primary bedroom has rich, hardwood flooring and a comfortable king-sized bed with a flat-screen TV for viewing pleasure. The modern master bathroom includes a dressing table in between two separate sink vanities, as well as, a glassed-in shower. The master bedroom closet is one of the largest you will find. The second bedroom has a sophisticated contemporary look with a queen-sized bed and chocolate-colored dresser that richly accents the syrup-toned hardwood floor. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle underneath making this room perfect for children or 2 adults and a child. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom.

RESORT
⭐The Enclave Condominium features a full-sized swimming pool with a large sun deck with restrooms located behind the clubhouse. Just a short walk will take you from the huge pool to the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. Beach access is provided by the use of the private coded gate. The property also offers two tennis courts with a shared basketball and pickleball court and a sand volleyball court that is available for you to use anytime during normal hours. An on-site coin laundry facility is available for Guest use located on the same floor.

DINING, SHOPPING
⭐This astounding location places you minutes away from popular beach-side restaurants. The original Captain Dave’s is within easy walking distance. Championship golf is close by. You are also conveniently close to the nationally known Silver Sands Premium Outlets, as well as, family fun at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. You will love all the wonders that staying at Sugar Sands has to offer!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at nearby stores like Walmart, Publix or Winn Dixie. A coin-operated on-site laundry facility is available for Guest use located on each floor.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking lot. The Garage is for owners only. Guests are not allowed to park here or will risk being towed at your expense.

POOLS
⭐ There is one community pool. The gate code will be sent with your vacation door code and beach access code a week prior to arrival. . No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool area. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
