Magnificent studio in the center of Guéliz, between Marrakech Plazza (Mac Do and Zara) and the Medina (Place Jemma El Fna) in a small quiet street parallel to Avenue Mohamed V, close to all the tourist sites and trendy places for have a drink or eat, new residence delivered in May 2018.
The apartment is 25m2 with a balcony of 8m2 as well as a private terrace of 25m2, it is on the 5th and last floor facing south, very bright, it is fully equipped, kitchen, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle , toaster, citrus press, smartv hair dryer, wifi, dvd player washing machine bathroom, sleeping is a sofa bed with real mattress for a daily bed of 140x190 cm.
The residence has a common swimming pool of 9x3 m on the roof terrace as well as deckchairs, parking space available in the basement, there is a caretaker 24 / 24H as well as video surveillance.

Very nice appartment on 20 minutes walking from the Medina
The appartment is very new and has a nice balcony and a private terrace on the roof. The bedsofa is of very good quality and sleeps like a real bed. Changing between sofa and bed is really easy.
The bathroom is great as well with nice rainshower and handshower.
From the appartment it’s a 20 minute walk to Jamaa el Fna and the Medina. Within 10 minutes walking Carrefour supermarket is located for great variaty of products. We used the Medina Citybikes a lot, which are 5 minutes walking away.
The owner is very kind and arranged our travel from and to the airport for us.
