The apartment is air conditioned and open in four different directions.
The terraces has recently been renovated 2026. A 56m2 roof terrace with panoramic views of sea & mountain. Also living room and bedroom terraces renovated & are on the sunny side with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the city and the area. The apartment also has a private garden with mature lemon, avocado, figs, papaya, grapes and olive trees. Living room terrace has a built-in barbecue. The apartment has its own entrance locked gate. Free parking areas are one minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located in the quiet, beautiful and child-friendly area of ​​Fuente del Baden with an outstanding view from four different directions.

In nature surrounding area are breathtaking hiking trails in the mountains and the residents of the area have access to a very well-run and family friendly area.

Only 1 minute walk to the community swimming pool which has been renovated 2025. If you prefer the beach, just a walk through Capistrano Playa, where many of the houses and streets are adorned with plants, flowers and is built in traditional style in white Andalusian village. A leisurely walk that takes about 30 minutes and is a very good way to experience the village. The apartment is also close to bus stop.

A short walk away is Hotell Nerja Club, Bar Restaurante Las Fuentes and the Capistrano Village where there are restaurants and a small shop. If you want to buy more supplies are the two major supermarkets about 15 minutes walk away from the apartment.

Maro is 30 minutes stroll away. Maro is a little town with a few restaurants, cafe and beach (Playa Maro).

The very picturesque Frigiliana is just 15 minutes by bus, it consists of narrow, windy streets with decorative stone-paved alleys.

Swimming in the sea in the morning and ski in the afternoon is really a reality in Nerja / Sierra Nevada, Granada.
From Nerja to Granada is only 40 minutes car ride on the highway.
Sierra Nevada is Europe's southernmost ski resort and is located on the same latitude as Cyprus.
It is one of the longest ski seasons, usually begins in late November and runs until the beginning of May.
If you are looking for a ski holiday with almost guaranteed sunshine, the Sierra Nevada high on!

vrij dicht bij de autostrade. De tuin was absoluut niet onderhouden. Te weinig handdoeken en keukenhanddoeken om te starten. De auto kon niet op het domein worden geparkeerd. Moest elders geparkeerd worden. Grote palmboom stond in de weg. Parking op domein en tuin was voor ons belangrijk, maar eigenares veegde dit weg met smoesjes.

Asunto oli hyvin varustettu ja viihtyisä. Maisemat olivat todella kauniit molemmilta parvekkeilta sekä katolta. Rauhallinen, vähän liikennettä. Vuokra autosta oli suuri hyöty, koska matkaa keskustaan oli jonkin verran ja asunto sijaitsi melko jyrkässä ylämäessä. Ystävällinen Esther oli hyvin saatavilla koko ajan, jos oli kysyttävää. Exceptional views and a lovely surrounding

We spent the winter months in this great apartment. It had everything we needed + wonderful views over Nerja, the sea and the mountains behind. Close to the nature and close to the services of Nerja. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby if you have a car. Esther was a very helpful and responsive host. We enjoyed every moment.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Nerja als Urlaubsort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Wetter hat ebenfalls mitgespielt. Leider waren die Abende um diese Jahreszeit noch zu kühl, um die Terrassen voll genießen zu können. Esther war als Vermieterin, wenn leider auch nicht vor Ort, immer ansprechbar und hat sich sehr gekümmert, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Toll war die Erfahrung, Zitronen und Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten ernten zu können. Die Küchengroßgeräte sind absolut neu und hochwertig, es waren alle nötigen Gegenstände da, um komplette Menüs zu kochen. Auch sonst ist das Appartement gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Da Trepppen zur Wohnung führen und der Ort allegemein sehr bergig ist, würde ich es gehbehinderten Menschen nicht empfehlen. Ohne Auto ist es insgesamt auch für Ältere zu weit zum Strand oder zum Ort. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Lovely apartment! I will definitly go back

My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment for three weeks and everything is as described on the website and the views are even better especially the roof terrace views - oh my, I could sit there for hours gazing at the views. The apartment is like a villa having its own entre gate, garage and garden and it felt like it has recently been refurnished and painted as everything was so fresh. We used only the double bed in the bedroom and it was firm and comfortable. If you like cooking (I am not, we mostly used the BBQ which was great) the kitchen has everything you ever need and more, to prepare food. We enjoyed very much as it is a perfect location for exploring, quiet – with stunning views of the mountains, sea and rooftops to Nerja city. Easy walk to beach, to old town and surroundings, we took the bus (1 EUR) or taxi (around 8 EUR) on way back as it is a bit up hill and we are not so much for walking. We picked up the keys from a Key holder who has an office near this apartment and they drove as to the apartment and showed as around. Will definitely book the apartment again! Loved It! Leena

I am a mother of two adult children. Love discovering the world, have been in Nerja several times before I decided to buy a home. When I travel I always want to live in a cozy home where I can feel at home and where there is little distance to most things so that I can walk to the beach, grocery store etc. I want my guests to enjoy spending time at my house and feel at home. My motto right now is, since I have a garden I will try to grow organic spices that YOU my guests are more than welcome to harvest, water/tweaking when needed if you wish.
When you are in Nerja, do not forget to visit La Heradura, Frigiliana, Maro and Mijas. You will love it.

Why they chose this property

Nerja is my favorite city because it's walking distance to most things, relaxed atmosphere and the quiet and green areas. Here grows most fruits like avocados, figs, mango, annas, clementines and oranges are everywhere as decoration around the roads and it's so beautiful when with all this colours.

What makes this property unique

A wide range of different excursions, local as well as a bit further away, such as Seville, Granada, Morocco, Gibraltar and two of the most famous places on the Costa del Sol is clearly the beautiful village of Mijas and exclusive marina of Puerto Banus. In Mijas you can travel by Donkey-taxi and enjoy wine tasting at the local wine museum.
Moreover, Frigiliana which is very picturesque, beautiful and has won Spain's most beautiful village just 15 minutes by bus. Beautiful La Herradura (Costa Tropical) is 15 min away by bus.
