Come and enjoy our charming cottage "La Renarde" in the heart of the Burgundy countryside .... and in the heart of winter ....
Come and spend a Christmas under the sign of nature ....
The interior and exterior decorations will bring the spirit of Christmas ....

The Côte d'Or is beautiful in all seasons, and the Auxois, on the borders of Morvan, has many treasures ..... picturesque and bucolic region that will offer you many pleasures .....

Our small village of Sainte Colombe en Auxois located about 500m above sea level is a haven of sixty inhabitants, a blooming nature and a protected wildlife, valleys, vineyards, near where graze horses, cows, sheep and goats , a brook that does not lack charm ..... adds to that an interesting vernacular heritage: laundry, fountains, medieval cross classified, pretty little church, restored 17th century castle and cultural center.

La Renarde is a 18th century house completely renovated by us with a pretty courtyard in the heart of the village, near the old inn, the wash house, the church and the castle.

We think to have made a charming and cozy house where you will like to take the time to live ...


The Vixen is an independent cottage with a floor, it can accommodate 6 people .....

This pretty old stone house and exposed beams comprises on the ground floor a large living room: a kitchen area, a pretty vaulted souillarde, a dining area and a lounge area with a Burgundian fireplace .... a bathroom, a toilet and a discount complete the ground floor .....

Upstairs you will find: a landing with relaxation area, a first attic room with a bed for two people and a second attic room separated into two sleeping areas one with a bed for two people and the other with two beds of somebody....

The decoration of this cottage is sober and refined in the spirit of country chic, you will find all the necessary comfort to feel like at home!

You will also be able to benefit from a pretty closed court in front of the lodging ....

A small private parking opposite the cottage will allow you to park your vehicles ...

Wonderful holiday home for small family

We stayed 10 days in Gîte La Renarde with our daughter (2yr) and had a wonderful sunny holiday in July! The house is very well and recently equipped. Inside it stays nice and cool when it is very hot outside. The garden provides sun and shadow as well (thanks to the umbrella). Apart from the necessary (and charming) agricultural activity in July, there is little passage through the quiet village. There is a goat farm where you can buy cheese directly from the owner. Great area for (mountain)bikelovers (even untrained, canal de bourgogne!) or hikers. Lots of cultural sites within 30min' drive. Olivia is a very friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommended!

Die Vermieterin Olivia kümmert sich sehr freundlich über die App um den Aufenthalt und ist immer erreichbar. Um bei der Anreise freier zu sein, konnten wir selbstständig einchecken. Das Häuschen hat wirklich Charakter und wir haben es gepflegt vorgefunden. Es entspricht den Fotos. Herzlichen Dank, dass jemand so ein historisches Gebäude erhält! Man ist dort ganz unter sich, nur wenige Schritte von Lavoir, Schloss und Kapelle entfernt. Die Terrasse unter der überbordenden Glyzinie ist wirklich schön. Für Wanderer und Hundefreunde ist La Renarde ideal. Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass man mit dem Auto los muss, wenn man etwas besorgen oder erleben möchte. Aber der Aufenthalt in Sainte Colombe und der Region ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für Freunde des ursprünglichen Frankreichs.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Burgund

Le gîte est conforme à l’annonce, tout confort et plein de charme. Il est situé dans un très beau village. Il nous a permis de découvrir la magnifique région qui offre de nombreuses activités. Gîte très confortable meublé et décoré avec goût, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. L'annonce correspond tout à fait aux prestations fournies et les échanges avec notre hôte ont été très sympathiques. Ajoutez à tout cela le caractère charmant du village de Ste Colombe et plus généralement la beauté des paysages de la Côte d'or et vous comprendrez que nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Renarde. Liebevoll renoviertes Häuschen in malerischen Dorf

Ruhiger Urlaub in liebevoll renovierten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten alten Häuschen. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und das frz. Doppelbett wenig geeignet für große Menschen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf. Das Dorf ist allerdings sehr idyllisch gelegen, Wandern und Radfahren gut möglich

Mehr als charmant ..

Das Ferienhaus ist mehr als geräumig, die Ausstattung sehr gut, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns nach dem Betreten auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt, das Haus und die Einrichtung strahlen eine tolle, entspannende Atmosphäre aus. Man kann erkennen, wieviel Liebe und Arbeit in 'La Renarde' investiert wurden, das Ergebnis ist beeindruckend. Die Vermieterin Olivia ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Wir hatten für eine Woche gebucht, sind aber aufgrund eines Trauerfalls vorzeitig abgereist. Für einen erneuten Aufenthalt in der Bourgogne würden wir jederzeit wieder 'La Renarde' buchen.

Wundervoll

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sofort wohl gefühlt und haben wundervolle Tage dort verbracht. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, genügend Platz und genug Stauraum für seine Sachen....das hat uns ebenfalls gefallen. Mit Olivia, der Vermieterin haben wir uns sofort verstanden. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Das Dörfchen ist klein und sehr hübsch und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe entdecken, Rad fahren oder Wandern.
