Loved location, we were able to view fireworks from front deck. Unit is well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable. Had the once in a lifetime experience of watching 2 bear cubs climb the tree that is about 10ft from the back deck. Mom was below sleeping with a third cub! Great pics.
