Très bon emplacement. Appartement conforme au descriptif mais manque d'entretien. Nous avons dû réparer la chasse d'eau, rebrancher un tuyau d'évacuation d'eau sous l'évier. L'appartement était humide et froid.Contact avec le propriétaire satisfait hormis que nous lui avons demandé une facture qu'il ne nous a pas transmis.

Bonjour, Je prends connaissance de votre message et me permets d'y répondre. Je suis extrêmement surpris de découvrir que vous avez eu des problèmes de plomberie. A la fois sur la chasse d'eau et sur l'évier ?! Quoi qu'il en soit il eut été normal que vous m'en informiez plutôt que de vous en plaindre à postériori, j'aurais envoyé un plombier car il ne vous appartenait pas de toucher à ces équipements. Je vous confirme qu'entre Noel et le jour de l'an il faisait un peu froid, c'est l'hiver ! Connaissant mon logement je peux certifier qu'avec un chauffage radiant de 2500w pour 20m² de la pièce principale, au bout de 2, 3h de chauffe on obtient la température souhaitée. Quand à votre demande de facture comme je vous l'ai déjà dit vous pouvez télécharger depuis la plateforme votre reçu de paiement, je suis un particulier je n'émets pas de facture. Lampes sdb ne marchent pas ..propreté laisse a desirer ..frigo sale ...joints moisis sdb et evier...lit inconfortable on se cogne dans les barres du lit ...plan de travail qui colle ..bref ..nous avons écourté le sejour.. de plus.nous n avons pas trouvé le code wifi

La Grande Motte is prachtig gelegen. Fraaie architectuur in een parkachtige omgeving. Strand en winkels op loopafstand. De beide fietsen zijn ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen. Het appartement is prima. Jammer dat de zon pas wat laat in de middag in de tuin is, maar het is een fijne plek, waar je je auto op het eigen terrein kunt parkeren..

Perfekte Wohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse in ruhigerLage

Die Wohnung ist durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Terrasse ist groß und grün - nur etwas gegen Mücken sollte man dabei haben. Die Kommunikation mit Cédric hat wunderbar geklappt, er ist ein sehr herzlicher und fürsorglicher Gastgeber, und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Merci Cédric. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine chez vous.
