Find yourself at home and in luxury at this cozy Unit only 1.5 Miles from DT Saint Paul. With its own access and amenities you will have everything you need. There is a Full Gym Right next door that you have access to that includes a sauna and all the things you need to get a great workout. I am also available as a resource to exploring the city. Over advertised rental.

No check in instructions until last minute. Apartment smelled of weed on arrival, then had the same (weed) smell coming up through the vents to the first floor during our visit. Jacuzzi tub not usable unless you want to wait 4 hours to fill it. One bed had sheets on sideways. Pillows were terrible. Poorly furnished bedrooms and kitchen. Strangest floor plan ever in a U.N. inviting stairwell in a sketchy neighborhood. Would not stay here again.

Sketchy Neighborhood

We met Greg briefly upon arrival. Apartment very run down and really smelled of weed. Group of teenagers in courtyard smoking pot and trying to watch a movie when we pulled up around 10pm. I asked them where the party was and they all ran out. The constant smell of weed frustrating and terrible. The apartment is very outdated. Only 2 cups, 2 glasses and a small amount of silverware. No ice (a half bag of used ice in freezer) gross. The only positive was the outdoor seating area (as long as the pot smokers were taking a break) and the beds were comfortable. Really disappointing for the amount of money it was and my deposit was help for 3 months.

Great for us!

This property worked out great for me and my son while we were in the area. The pictures are accurate of what you'll find inside and there are a lot of nice touches. The house is really clean and provides all the necessities.
