Home was clean, host was very accessible, street parking was convenient. Windows, woodwork, backyard table and chairs could use cleaning to improve overall appearance. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely restored Victorian apartment. This apartment is amazing—high ceilings, gorgeous wood floors, a reading nook tucked in under a stairwell. We had everything we needed—the kitchen was adequately stocked, and the full size washer and dryer were very handy. The bed is comfortable, and the shower had ample hot water and good water pressure. We were able to park in front of the house. We walked for hours, enjoying the beautiful Victorian neighborhood. Matthew was a great host!

The host is so very gracious and helpful. Prior to our arrival he informed us about the area and the night before check out he reminded us of the checkout rules. I didn't need anything extra as everything was there but I'm confident that he would have been ready to assist us. I highly recommend this property!
