Contemporary villa with heated swimming pool and security curtain. Large living space on the ground floor. 1 large bedroom with bath and Italian shower overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms upstairs With terraces. Sleeping showers .Green areas with plancha corner and brazier. Ping Ping table. Ideal location close to all amenities. Close to the beach (3/5 km max) Magnificent region between the sea and the countryside. Lots of nice little restaurants and lively bars. Surf, bike, paddle, canyoning, Basque pelota etc ... Close to Spain (20mn) and the beautiful city of San Sebastian. One of the most beautiful regions of France !!!

Excellent séjour

Le propriétaire au top, il nous a bien renseigné lors de notre arrivée, fait visiter la maison. La maison est bien placée, la gare se trouve à 10min max à pied, à proximité : boulangerie, pharmacie, Spar. Nous avons apprécié la maison et tout ce qui l’entoure. Séjour au top. Je recommande vivement.

Magnifique villa tout confort

Villa très confortable et tres bien équipée (idéale pour une famille de 4 à 6 personnes). Belle piscine chauffée ! Villa très bien située à 5-10 min à pied de la gare et des transports en commun. Proche d agreables commerces !! Plage accessible en moins d une 1/2 heure en bus. Les propriétaires sont tres agréables, disponibles et toujours prêts à apporter leur aide et conseils. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances !!

Exceptional house and fantastic hosts

This holiday house is everything you hope it will be. The pool is beautiful, fabulous artisan shops close by, house brilliantly furnished with everything you could need including table tennis, plancha and bbq. Hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming with local pastries and wine to get us started. You won’t regret staying here.
