Comfortable house for short- or long-term rental
Quiet neighborhood close to downtown, Bidwell Park and about a mile to the Chico State campus. Easy HWY 99 access. Plenty of parking in driveway and on the street. Nice yard with patio, gas grill, seating areas. Multi-week stays welcomed and pricing adjusted accordingly. Message for more information or to discuss your stay/pricing needs.
Unique, comfortable house with open floor plan in main living area. Living room, dining room and kitchen form one large room. Kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook. All rooms in the house (including bedrooms) open onto back yard/patio with outdoor dining/seating, gas grill, wrap around covered porch and lovely landscaped area including grass. Bedrooms are quiet and separated from the main living area, but each has access to the outdoor patio. Let us know if there is anything specific that you’ll need and we’re happy to try and help.
