Great!

We loved this fascinating and unusual old house with all its nooks and crannies, its lovely old furniture, books, ornaments and paintings. It had the feel of a much loved and long established family home. Our children and grandchildren loved all the things to do- the tennis court, the boules, the trampoline and the space to run around in. We received a warm welcome and were given an extensive tour, in French and English, of the property, Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed walking in the old village and along the side of the river. A lovely stay!

Un Week-end fabuleux en famille !

Nous avons passé un week-end inoubliable, entre la maison qui est en vérité un mini Poudlard où il fait bon vivre, les activités et installations extérieur mis à dispo et surtout l'espace du terrain, c'était l'endroit idéal pour notre cousinades. Merci infiniment aux propriétaires et aidants des lieux.

Très belle (et vieille) propriété, la maison principale est "dans son jus", avec plein de grands espaces pour de grands groupes (nous étions 30 et avions de largement de la place) De plus son jardin est très agréable, avec terrain de tennis, de pétanque, et avec un accès rapide à la Sarthe ! Week-end à Parce sur Sarthe

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à 25 dans cette grande et magnifique demeure familiale ancienne, chargée d histoire. Tout le monde est tombé sous le charme. Maison ancienne oui mais bien tenue et bien agencée, chambres séparées, dortoir pour les jeunes, Important une salle de bains et un WC à chaque étage. literie impeccable, les 2 cuisines hyper pratique, la petite pour cuisiner la deuxième pour deguster . Important une salle de bains et un WC à chaque étage. Nous avons bien profité de l immense et agréable jardin. Très bons contact avec la représente des propriétaires. Merci à Patricia pour son accueil chaleureux. Beaux villages et belles balades aux alentours. Sans oublier la qualité du pains et des gâteaux de la boulangerie du centre du village, et le jeune boucher traiteur qui nous a cuisiné une excellente marmite sarthoise. Bref agréable week-end au calme dans un bel endroit.

beaux bâtiments extérieurs, immense jardin agréable. En dehors des salles de bains récemment refaites, certaines pièces auraient besoin d'être renovées et tapis et moquettes changés ou retirés. cela laisse une impression de négligé et c'est dommage car le lieu est globalement très sympathique.

Un week-end particulièrement ressourçant entre amis dans un cadre exceptionnel. Village magnifique a proximité immédiate, une belle balade en pleine quiétude. Un superbe week-nd

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette grande maison. Nous étions 25 à l'occasion d'un anniversaire et nous avons pu faire des grands dîners, profiter de la cheminée et du salon, du trampoline et du terrain de tennis également. Par chance il faisait très beau pour le mois de février, et nous avons fait des balades autour du beau village de Parcé, en bord de Sarthe, dans le bois de l'Hommeau etc. Merci aux propriétaires et à Patricia leur gestionnaire pour leur accueil et réponses pour organiser au mieux notre week-end.

Magnifique demeure, idéale groupe d'amis ou famille...

Nous avons passé un exellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison de famille pour cette semaine de nouvel an. L'agencement de la maison se prête idéalement aux groupes d'amis ou de familles avec enfants (2 cuisines) plein de chambres séparées et un dortoir pour les enfants. Les enfants ont passé tous les après-midis dans le jardin ( trampoline et tennis) . Le salon est ultra cosy avec une grande cheminée pour faire de grosses flambées. C'est une maison ancienne donc pas facile à chauffer mais les pièces de vie étaient très confortables ( hormis le dortoir qui était un peu frisquet). La maison est tres bien équipée : on sent le passage régulier de la famille ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, tout était clair à l'arrivée et Patricia a été super ( sympa et arrangeante). Bref une expérience sans aucune fausse note. Je recommande vivement.

Une grande maison rustique mais confortable, idéale pour des vacances en famille, car chacun y a son espace privé et il y a moult choses et activités possibles !
