Architect house of 170m2 with large master suite large dressing room and bathroom with Italian shower, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom, large living room 50m2 very bright with opening of 4m with brick partition opening onto large terrace and garden facing south with spa, quiet and not overlooked. comfortable with video projector screen 3 meters basic. In a small quiet village with beach and small port, at the gateway to La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré.
