About this property

Bear Creek Cabin 3 - 1040 Sq feet cabin

***Yellowstone north entrance between Gardiner and Mammoth reopened to visitor vehicles in October 2022.****

This 2019 built, gorgeous 1,040 square ft log cabin, is located in the old mining town of Jardine. Jardine is 5 - 6 miles up a county maintained dirt road from Gardiner, Montana, the original entrance to Yellowstone! The cabin, along with our other three cabins, sits on just over 12 acres of property that borders national forest land.

The old Jardine mine site is part of the beautiful and unique mountain view, as well as being able to see and hear Bear Creek from your back patio! There are also beautiful hiking trails just a short walk from the front door!

If you are looking for a mountain get-away to be able to escape from the crowds after a busy day of activity in the park, then this is the perfect place for you!

Peaceful and clean
Perfect place to stay with two couples, hiking trails within walking distance, Yellowstone park is just a short drive away. The nearby town of Gardner, MT is quaint. However, the restaurants are below average. The cabin is very clean and seems new plus has all the amenities needed. The road from Gardner to the cabin is poorly maintained, but you can see a lot of wildlife and beautiful views along the way. Great place!!

Fall Yellowstone vacation
Loved the cabin. The 5 mile road leading to the cabin is not maintained as well as it should be, but that's not the fault of the owners.
