Located in the heart of the North Shore of beautiful Lake Superior, (1.3 miles north of Betty's Pies) this property has the perfect location. This one level property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, as well as 2 full bathrooms . Kitchen features gas stove top, double ovens, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs so you can cook gourmet meals for your group. A gas grill on the deck makes it easy to grill all of your favorite foods. Enjoy a meal or cup of coffee on the deck and watch the boats go by. Also very close to Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock Lighthouse! Should you need anything during your stay Two Harbors is just a quick car ride away and has everything you could need.
Please be aware there is a fee of of $25 per night for pets .

Exceptionally clean and beautiful!

We rented this home for Grandma’s marathon weekend and our stay couldn’t have been any better! The home and the view are beautiful, and it was spotless. It was absolutely the cleanest rental home I’ve ever stayed in. The communication for check-in/check-out was great, including a lovely message from the owners on the day we checked in. Blue Stone Bluff was fantastic. The location is perfect and I love all the updates and upgrades they have available. Whether you want to have an outdoor fire, lounge in the outdoor space, or relax inside, the space is perfect. We had amazing views of the ships coming by and the indoor space was perfect. The hosts are very easy to get ahold is if necessary.

Great Rental

Comfy house with a great view

The house was comfy, and had everything we needed. The view of the lake is beautiful. The check in and check out process was smooth. The location is perfect for exploring the North Shore area. I would definitely recommend this house!

Absolutely perfect!

This place was great! Very clean, maintained well, comfortable beds, and everything was well stocked. Beautiful view of the lake too. We loved having coffee out on the deck. Thank you for a great stay!

Very Comfortable - good location

This is the third time me and my wife have stayed here. We'll be back! Minutes from Two Harbors, 30 minutes from the twin ports.

Like the listing says- it's all about the view, gorgeous view of the lake, windows all across the back of the house. King bed is very comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped- plenty of dishes, pots, serving pieces. Facts I wish I had known--the house is located on route 61, so there's a fair amount of traffic noise. No central AC, just ONE window unit in the king size room. The heat is interesting- the welcome book states the heat is controlled by an app on the owner's cell, so you let them know if you want it changed. Wasn't an issue for us, but good to know. As another reviewer mentioned- there are cameras- 1 on each exterior side of the house & a sign on the property line that says "smile you're on camera". There are issues with previous guests going on to the neighbors property trying to access the lake. There are 2 other small bungalows/cabins right on the same property, sharing the driveway; no one was staying there during our stay, so not an issue for us-- but I would have liked to know if there were going to be other guests so close.

Long Anniversary Weekend

OH THAT VIEW!! The house is located conveniently between two harbors and Silver Creek. It was clean, and everything you could need is provided. There’s a nice grocery right in two harbors. Just North on 61 is a fabulous restaurant named Rustic Inn, I highly recommend! Betty’s Pies is just South for a quick breakfast/lunch as well. Overall, great stay!

Exceptional Property

From the expansive view of Lake Superior, to the bluffside prairie, the lounging cabana, the lakeside deck, the luxurious bedding, well appointed kitchen, this home had everything one would need. Enjoyed watching the ships come into harbor, the loons running across the water, sun rising while sipping tea, it was a family retreat we won't soon forget. Highly recommend. Fabulous view!

We spent a long weekend at Blue Stone Bluff. While we did take a drive up the shore and run into nearby Two Harbors for supplies, we spent most of our time at the property enjoying the view, watching the ever-changing waves on Lake Superior, playing games, and enjoying this relaxing and comfortable home. Owners were very responsive. We were even allowed an early check-in since the property was not rented the night before.

As beautiful as pictured

Everything about this property is great! The location is perfect for visiting the Duluth areas and the northern parks as well. Everything we ever thought of was made available to us in the house. The kitchen is fully loaded including the waffle and pancake maker. Kids were thrilled to eat out on the deck. The table and chairs and the magnificent view were provided:) We really enjoyed the amenities and how new and clean everything was. Truly enjoyed everything about this house. Thank you, Theresa!

This home was one of our best (if not the best) VRBO stays. The location was perfect for all north shore activities. The house was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we might possibly need. The beds were super comfy and the bright airy layout made this a place we were anxious to return to at the end of a busy day of hiking. The highlight of our stay, hands down, was the view - WOW! We loved having dinner and playing cards on the deck followed by evening fires around the fire pit - both of which provided stunning lake views. We'll definitely be back!!

Overall, its beautiful! Only issue is there were no screens on the windows so we weren't able to open them for a cool breeze at night. It got kinda stuffy in the bedrooms even with the sliding door open. ( we did find screens on the morning we checked out in a closet while we were looking for a broom. )
