Property consisting of a main house, the Mill, and a small annex house, on a 1600 m² wooded lot, surrounded by agricultural land. Le Moulin is located 800 m from Le Havre beach, located in the municipalities of Rothéneuf and Saint-Coulomb. Round house, the Moulin Saint-Vincent is open on all sides, very bright, with lots of character and charm. The environment is very quiet, with a limited neighborhood.

A marvelous week at a special place

We stayed in the mill with two families of five. There was enough room for everyone in this special place, a former mill on top of a hill. We had a great week en enjoyed the mill, garden, weather and the area. Saint Malo is a fine city to wander around. Great beaches and nice cities around.

We had a wonderful time staying at this converted mill. It is a charming. sweet home with great light coming in for reading . Very cozy. We made lots of great meals in the very well-equipped kitchen . It's just a very short walk to the beach which we loved. Lots of other great back roads in the area to explore on foot or with the bicycles that are there. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with especially since we had to cancel once due to COVID. We wanted a quiet getaway in a rustic, rural setting and this was it.

Séjour Noel en famille

Le moulin est bien équité et rustique, ce que l'on vient chercher. Les adeptes du design et modernité, ce n'est pas pour vous. En revanche, il est très bien chauffé, et finalement la petite maison complémentaire, meme en hiver, si chauffée bien en avance est parfaite pour son étage de nuit. Sa salle de bain est très bien chauffée aussi. On trouve rapidement les répères. La literire est très bien ainsi que le linge de toilette. Le premier escalier est un peu étroit mais mon Papa de 88 ans n'y a vu aucun problème. le deuxieme escalier pour la chambre sous le toit est plus délicat et réservé aux ados. Il manque (c'est pour prévenir) un vrai tire bouchon (eh oui) un micro onde. Pour le reste l'endroit replonge dans les souvenirs d'enfance, c'est qu'on lui demande. Sans hésitation, à refaire.

Excellent séjour à Saint-Coulomb

Nous avons passé de formidable vacances en famille dans cette propriété. L'accueil était sympathique. Surtout, c'est un belle maison, originale, chaleureuse, où il fait bon passer du temps. Très propre, excellente literie (c'est important). Jolie jardin. Décoré avec goût. Idéalement situé : à une encablure de la mer et d'une charmante petite baie, proche de la ville de Saint-Malo, de ses remparts, de sa vie culturelle, mais aussi des commodités. Le Mont Saint-Michel est à 45 minutes en voitures. C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer et/ou découvrir cette partie de la Bretagne. Merci à nos hôtes.

Du charme, du calme, proche de la plage.

Accès étages un peu compliqué pour personnes âgées. Dépendance très pratique et mise à disposition de vélos appréciée.

Séjour trés appréciable dans ce beau moulin situé dans un endroit calme et non loin de la mer.Monbreuses possibilités de balades depuis cette location en vélos ou à pied. Commerces trés sympa dans le village de Rothéneuf à 1.2 km du moulin Concernant les équipements de la location; le descritif du logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons profités des vélos sur place. je vous recommande cette location. .
