Le Moulin is located 800 m from Le Havre beach, located in the municipalities of Rothéneuf and Saint-Coulomb. Round house, the Moulin Saint-Vincent is open on all sides, very bright, with lots of character and charm. The environment is very quiet, with a limited neighborhood.
