About this property

Villa Luisella 200 meters from the sea, reserved parking with garden

Villa Luisella is very close to the beach, less than 2 minutes walk. The house has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. Another bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with 1 double) on the first floor. As well as a big basement we use as a lumber room and a covered veranda with adequate seating. The Villa is connected to our private family villa by a large internal garden which is your disposal, in addition to the large external garden
which surrounds the whole building. There is a large stone barbecue and big parking for your car (s)

A 10% discount on the total rate will be made, including accommodation, cleaning and linen

Haben alles gemacht um hier wirklich nur zu schlafen. Selbst das war schwierig. Sehr alt, null schön eingerichtet und ein schlechter Geruch. Netter Hausbesitzer aber das war’s.

Casa in posizione tranquilla, comoda e attrezzata; bellissimo il giardino chiuso. Il mare è veramente a due passi. Grande disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari, ospiti squisiti.

Casa un po' datata, ma molto comoda.

Buongiorno, ho soggiornato presso Villa Luisella per dodici giorni ad Agosto. L'appartamento è in po' datato, ma fornito del necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno all'insegna del relax. Mancano aria condizionata e lavatrice. Per quanto riguarda l'aria condizionata il Signor Michele (proprietario) ci ha fornito dei ventilatori a torre che sono andati bene, perchè il clima quest'anno è stato un po' piovoso e pertanto fresco. Mentre a sopperire per la mancanza della lavatrice ci ha pensato la mamma del Signor Michele, che ci ha ha fornito tanta biancheria, sostituendo la sporca con la pulita. L'appartamento è molto vicino alla spiaggia ( 2/3 a piedi), e questo è il suo punto forte. Nel complesso, grazie all'appartamento e ai genitori di Michele, è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Solanas è un piccolo paese di case vacanze, pochi negozi, ma con una spiaggia veramente splendida e la casa che abbiamo affittata ha il grandissimo vantaggio di trovarsi a non più di un minuto dal mare. I proprietari sono persone squisite ed estremamente disponibili e questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa è però molto spartana, senza aria condizionata, ma ha due bagni e due spazi all'aperto, dove di fatto abbiamo passato la maggior parte del tempo, oltre ad una comodissima doccia all'aperto che abbiamo usato tutti i giorni! Manca invece un soggiorno all'interno o delle poltrone e la dotazione di biancheria è limitata allo stretto necessario.

A dream of a holiday house

We are a family with 4 children. We found Villa Luisella in early 2010 on the internet and went there in summer 2010 for the first time. Since then we have been spending our summer holidays each year in Villa Luisella, and we just don´t want to go anywhere else. We are somewhat hesitating to spread out the unique charm and enchantment of the Villa Luisella and the village of Solanas in this review, as we anticipate that possibly someone else might like to go there, in summer, at the time we use to stay there. Anyway. To start with the village (no need to depict the beauty of Sardegna here…): You will find a lot of artificial summer house estates on the island. Solanas is different. It is quite small, but it has character and infrastructure of a genuine village: a church, a pharmacy, two grocery stores, a small super market, a butcher, 3 restaurants, a pizza kiosk and a newspaper kiosk, several bars. The market twice a week is a highlight. The beach is marvelous. In summer, especially on weekends in August, this remote and quiet village seems to be one of the major holiday destinations for people from Sardegna, from children to grandparents. And still Solanas retains the character of an intact village. There are few tourists from abroad, like us. Villasimius is 10 minutes, Cagliari 30 to 45 minutes away by car – depending on traffic and road works. The Villa Luisella is located close to the beach, two minutes walking. There is enough space for the 6 of us, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and, much valued by the whole family, there is a shower outside, at the border of the garden – a great event after a hot day at the beach. The house is always absolutely tidy (when we arrive…). One veranda links the house with the most beautiful green patio. The other terrace is part of the external garden. So there is always a shadowy and a sunny corner outside. The facilities of the kitchen are not exactly luxurious, but everything you would need is provided. Michele, the landlord, and his parents are exceptional charming and kind persons. His parents are showing up from time to time and spend a weekend at the private family villa, beyond the patio. They all are immediately available should there be need for any sort of help. Thus, the Villa Luisella has become a second home for us, during the all too short weeks of our summer holiday. We can really recommend this tiny paradise. Knut and Alexandra and the kids
