The house has been renovated and restructured recently with taste in very modern shades of gray and white.

Comfortable and practical to live, it is also very well equipped to spend pleasant holidays: quality bedding, clean furniture, ultra equipped kitchen, crockery and abundant cookware, garden furniture and plancha ... all to achieve your desires .

Very well located at the end of a street in one direction, close to the beach and about 600m from the market (meeting place) and Avenue General De Gaulle with its shops.

The garden is large and you can take meals and take a nap.

From La Baule you can discover the whole region: Le Croisic, Guérande, Pornichet ... There is no lack of animation around.

très belle maison proche de la plage et du centre ville

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. la maison est très confortable et bien équipée. le jardin a été aussi très apprécié. La proximité de la plage et du centre ville (marché) est aussi un gros plus.
