Great Condo for Large Parties

This place is PERFECT for large parties. The view is a dream. The living area is separated from the rooms, so everyone has a good amount of privacy in their rooms. The resort provides all the fun amenities for kids AND adults. I highly recommend for large families or groups!

My family's favorite beach resort ever!!!

This resort was my family's favorite ever! We had 8 adults and 7 children in the condo and we had plenty of space. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and there were no "hidden surprises"! It was exactly as it had been represented to us. There was always something going on at the resort for the kids to do and the ocean front views were spectacular!!! It was also close to great restaurants and shopping. Definitely a place to return to!!!

Family Time

Every couple of years I rent a place for my girls and their families. As their children get older I try to find a place that pleases all. I have grandchildren from 1 to 16 and this place checked all the boxes. The pools, lazy River, hot tubs, water slides , splash pads, the beach, and activities ….there was something for everyone. We all had a fabulous time and hated to leave!!!

GREAT Place to Stay in Myrtle Beach !!!

Our entire family, 8 adults and 8 kids/grandkids had a lovely week staying at this condo. Jeff is a great communicator and very responsive to text messages and clearly communicated to make our check-in/checkout process smooth and hassle free. Room access was ready right on time. Nice spacious, clean 4-bedroom condo located right on the beachfront with ample parking. The kids had a blast at the indoor water park which is included with your stay. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it. Lots of fun family activities to do in the area as well as just chillin' and hanging out at the beach.

Family vacation

The 4 bedroom unit was clean and was actually bigger than we needed! There are some beach items (chairs, sand toys & boogie boards) available for use in the unit. We had a couple issues as we arrived but Jeff was easy to reach and he helped us right away. Jeff advised us how to navigate the AC to avoid problems but having fans in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms is necessary while the 4th bedroom stayed really cold. Thankfully there was one fan in the king master but we also bought an extra fan for comfort. The AC unit struggled to cool it down because the settings would adjust every 12 hours (give or take) to 76 degrees. If the schedule was adjusted to a lower temp it would be more comfortable in the evenings. Overall, I recommend this unit for large families with children! Great location and the water park for inclement weather is a lifesaver! Best of all, the owner is genuinely interested in making sure that your stay is comfortable!

Wonderful Stay!!

Our adult kids are scattered across a few states. We were able to bring them all together for my husband's 50th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and spacious enough to fit our large family. Jeff was amazing. He provided clear and consistent communication to make our stay flow smoothly. Very nice condo with plenty of space for the family. Great view of the ocean from the balconies and loved the pool areas. It was a short distance to the beach, which made for a fun vacation. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Condo was very clean, spacious and close to restaurants and activities for the entire family. The view from the condo is outstanding and the beach is excellent. The water park is well kept and a bonus feature especially for our younger guests. Owner was great to work with considering the short lead time on the rental. We had a great time during our stay here. The rooms were clean the unit was spotless. Gets a little crazy at check out/check in for the hotel part, starting on Friday, but it's manageable.. just be patient. If we decide to all go next year, we will try and stay here!

Fantastic Accommodation for a Family Vacation

The property was spacious with each 4 en-suite large bedrooms. The view is incredible and the hotel offers a ton of fun activities for the kids. The host was super accommodating and even allowed us to check in early and check out late. We will definitely be back!

Awesome condo in awesome location

We stayed at Jeff’s condo for 6 days and loved every minute. It was spacious, on a pristine beach and the 180 degree view from the balcony was stunning. It was exactly as advertised. Jeff is a great communicator and accommodating host. We will definitely be back.

Vacation with multiple families

This property was amazing. It was amazing to wake up to watch the beach each morning. The resort had so many activities for the kids (8 in all) to do. Not only the water slides/pool/lazy river/games they also had different daily activities. Our place was clean and just as described. Jeff was super helpful and always answered any questions that we had.
