It sits on over half of an acre of open land away from street and is private and quiet with an open lawn. Additional amenities include heat and central AC and an ambient sunshine solar technologies heated pool. You also have access to a tennis court 4 minutes away. There is a large weber grill on the back deck. The location is great as you are a quick bike ride or nice walk or run to town or the beach to relax or get groceries, go shopping, visit the best restaurants, bars, farm stands, gym, and spas year round. If interested in longer-term rental, the house is available year-round and pricing can be discussed.

We had a lovely time in this So Hampton home.
Great fireplace to keep us warm in April!
Location could not have been better. Close to town and the beach.
The owners are super nice and very available and patient for any questions that came up during the month

The house is set off the road, so very quiet. It’s a wonderful sanctuary to spend time year-round. It’s close to town on the beaches, which make its location ideal.
What makes this property unique
It is unique being in the Village of Southampton so close to town to the beautiful private beaches and even a private access tennis court. And when you don’t want to explore, you can lounge by the pool, which is ambient solar heated.
