Great location! Room to move about in the house and outside. Stand up paddle board and kayaks on property for our use was nice. Direct lake access for swimming on a part of the lake with minimal boating traffic was a huge plus!

We had a wonderful time! The house was a very nice size, plenty of bath towels, a nice amount of kitchen necessities, room sizes were nice! Working with the host was great! He was right on top of everything! The cleaning could’ve been a tad better but not bad! It was a lot to clean and I’m sure they had many houses on their list for any given day! Not one child or adult mentioned anything about going somewhere to be entertained! We had everything we needed right there! It was terrific!!

wonderfully clean comfortable house. Bedrooms were large beds very comfortable. Provided everything for a fun family vacation , games, ping pong, corn hole, and foosball. the watercraft shed provided well organized vest for everyone. The paddle boards were a family favorite while I lived taking the canoe out in little to no traffic on this part if the lake. The dogs loved the water and the garage provided a great place to wipe them down before entering the house. This place was everything we were hoping for and more. communication was excellent and courteous. Hope to be back

Home and property were as described in the listing. Kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table. The location on the lake felt very peaceful and private (it was the off season, but also the property is wooded and away from the main/busy part of the lake a bit). Bridge is visible from the property; the car traffic can be heard but it didn’t bother us. Beds were comfortable. Owner was responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely not what was described. Alot of spider webs and air vents had a lot of dust. Description said that there were 3 refrigerators, there were only two and one of those didn't work. Also said linens were provided for all the beds and only got 2 sets. Called and texted and were told the rest would be delivered the next morning and never arrived for the week. Only response was by text. The call the evening they were supposed to arrive never was responded to. No one ever checked to see if they arrived. We didn't let anything spoil our vacation. We all had a nice time even with all the issues. Definitely could have been better but we have done this enough times to not let it ruin our vacation. Will definitely be more vigilant in our search next time.

The house and property are beautiful, and accurately described on the website. We enjoyed some much needed relaxation on the water, around the firepit, and in the hot tub. And had some great laughs playing ping pong. There were plenty of linens available, and the fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals. Check in was very easy, and the host provided a lot of details about the property so we could adequately plan our trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

Always a great stay!!

This was our fourth stay at this property and we couldn’t be happier! The house is in a great location and the provided kayaks/canoes/paddleboards are very appreciated. The house is clean and well stocked, and the check in and check out processes are a breeze. The owner is very communicative and willing to help. We look forward to our trip to the lake every year and always book this house! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful location

Beautiful spot on the lake. Very private. Well appointed home with lots of space to hang out and relax. We loved using the kayaks and canoe. We would stay again!

House was perfect for our group. We had an issue w ants the first day, but owner was immediately responsive and had the solution resolved quickly.Lake Anna was is separated into public (cool) and private (warm) sides. This house is on the private side...the lake is really warm.

Great family get away!

We had a long Labor Day vacation in this home which was well suited for several families. The home was comfy, well stocked and clean and was able to accommodate kids of all ages. The location was superb and offered plenty of water toys such as kayaks, a canoe and paddle boards as well as noodles and floating toys. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely hope to return next year.

Long weekend at the lake

We enjoyed the fire pit and water toys. The kitchen was a bit lacking and living room furniture a little worn. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable.

AMAZING STAY CLOSE TO THE LAKE

Great house with everything your group needs for a fun stay. The house is incredibly close to the lake making for a short walk back and forth from the house - something not all houses on the lake offer. The firepit was a favorite of the weekend and the beach was a hit with the kids. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Would 100% stay again.

Relaxing Vacation

We have stayed 4 years in a row and already booked our 5th for next year. The backyard is beautiful! No better place to kayak and paddleboard. The new firepit is awesome! The inside is spacious. The owner is very responsive. Look forward to coming back every year.

Lake Anna vacation

Great swimming for our toddler and older kids. Use of canoe, kayaks and paddleboards was a big plus! Sand play area is a great addition. Property is well shaded and away from public access. We really enjoyed the private setting. We brought our own boat and owner was very helpful in making arrangements to launch. Would rent this property again.
