This townhome features floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, dual master suites, a washer/dryer, BBQ and two-car garage. Enjoy views of Old Greenwood’s Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course from the sprawling deck.
Guests of East West Hospitality enjoy access to ‘The Pavilion’ featuring an outdoor, year-round, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and bar/grill. Golf, tennis, a waterslide, playground and ski shuttle service to Northstar California are offered seasonally.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

Wonderful townhome, wonderful stay

Our townhome at Old Greenwood was clean and well-stocked. The decor was updated and comfortable. Working with the management team was great - they were responsive and super helpful. We loved using the pool and restaurant at the Pavillion. We can’t wait to return!

Best Stocked house

We use VRBO several times a year and for 10+ years. This Old Greenwood Condo was the BEST stocked kitchen we have ever seen. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day during our 5 day stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. VERY IMPRESSED!

Condo was nice but check in is now 5pm

The condo was nice but check-in is now 5 pm, we were talking and now that the check-in is so late, the first day should be at a reduced rate. The pool used to close at 10 pm, (it's posted 10 pm) no help pool closed at 8 pm.

Unlike a traditional hotel, our residences are multi-bedroom, multi-bathroom, have a kitchen, family room, outdoor space, etc. & thus it takes our housekeeping team time to assure residences are thoroughly cleaned. We do offer usage of the amenities to guests who have arrived early, FYI.
