Beautiful condo on the Long Island Sound in a resort

This condo is one of the nicest decorated in Cliffside. Gorgeous shiplap walls with navy accents. It has a beautiful fireplace, new deck and much more. This unit has the capabilities to be handicap accessible. The master bathroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twins and also a private bath. The sectional in the living room opens up to a full sleeper making this condo able to sleep 6 people. All rooms have flat screen tv's.
Being on the property of the Cliffside Resort makes this an excellent choice for a getaway. There is a heated pool and clubhouse on property. They have Bar-B-Q's for your use. This resort is located on the Long Island Sound and equipped with lounge chairs for your use. The Cliffside Resort has many activities morning yoga on the lawn, movies under the stars and much more.

The town of Greenport is less than a 5 minute drive. Greenport has many restaurants, shops and activities. Being on Long Islands north folk you only minutes away from the wineries.

Beautiful place with water views, casual outdoor seating, and minutes to restaurants/wineries/breweries. Google maps had the address a little off but be sure to follow directions/location on the listing you will be all set

Coastal Gem

Pleasantly surprised and in love with the quality of the rooms. Hot water with good pressure, heating work very well and if cotton towels are plentiful. Fireplace and sea views create a romantic ambiance. We will be back in the summer. Deer can be seen from a distance at night near the blue chairs. Enjoy!

GREAT STAY

If visiting Eastern Long Island, you can’t find a better vacation spot. Located near ferries at Orient for casino gambling and Greenport for Shelter Island, and Sag Harbor. The condo is clean, spacious, 2 bedrooms, two full baths, kitchenette, and living room. Treat yourself, book this vacation spot.

Greenport weekend getaway

Nice condo in a great location close to Greenport. Enjoyed the sunset on the beach. Entry code for checkin was not provided ahead of time. We arrived at 4 pm and had to message owner and waited outside for her to return our call. We called owner again and she was very apologetic for not communicating earlier. Condo can use some washcloths, extra bath mat, and some extra blankets for the chilly nights.

The property was perfect for our five person group! Great location right on the beach and very close to town. The kitchen was a little small mainly the fridge was tiny, but we went out to eat and enjoyed town for most meals, which was great!

By the beach

The best part of the stay is that we were by the beach. The house was great as well. The only thing we would have liked is a book with instruction as to what you'd like us to do in the house when we arrived and when we left.

A group of 5 of us stayed here to attend a local wedding in greenport. It was a great central location for all of the wedding festivities and property is very nice! Condo is nicely updated.

Beautiful location

Greenport was a great little town close to the wineries and restaurants. The condo was right on the sound and overlooked the water. The private beach was a nice perk that provided serene views of the sunset. The condo was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. We had 4 women and that was a little tight so not sure how 6 as advertised would do. Upon check in I was expecting some instruction or welcome guide but none to be found. Tried texting the owner but got no response. We figured out the basics including wi fi, garbage, recycling etc. Overall had a really nice time and would go back to Greenport for a short weekend escape.
