Watch the abundant waterfowl on the lake and deer and other wildlife that come to drink through the floor to ceiling living room windows or from either the king or queen large windows or sliders. If you desire the fresh, mountain air of the Ranch, lounge outside on the spacious deck area or sit on the bench next to the lake.

The living/dining area is open to the galley kitchen. The living room is comfortable with a new sectional couch and comfortable rocking chair. A large flat screen television and wood burning river rock fireplace complete the living room, along with deck access through a sliding glass door. This is the perfect room to watch a movie, curl up with a good book or just reflect on the beauty of your surrounding with the floor to ceiling views.

A new dining room table that seats 6 is next to the kitchen and there are pass-through shelves that make serving food convenient. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, newer counter tops and cabinets and though small, this kitchen has all the comforts of home.

The king bedroom is off the entry and next to the full, recently remodeled bath, which is shared with the adjoining bunk room. The king bedroom is lovely and has deck access through a slider. The bunk room has two comfortable wood bunks with a chair futon also available in that room for a child. There is a new stacked washer/dryer for the guests' convenience in the hallway.

The second floor bedroom is a charmer and has a queen bed with a 3/4 bath. Lay in bed and enjoy the beautiful view of Aspen Lake!

ACCESS FEE | Black Butte Ranch applies an Access Fee to all Reservations. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. This fee is calculated on a percentage of the nightly Rental rate.
