A perfect home from home

Joanne’s apartment was perfect! Spotlessly clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The complex is secure and the pool was great. Walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Communication with Joanne was very efficient and she gave great information on the area even before we left. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back some day

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful accommodation in Juan les Pins.The accommodation is perfectly located with a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10-15 min walk to the center with bars and restaurants.The accommodation contained everything you could need. Everything from kitchen equipment to beach chairs.Check-in was very smooth and Anna was very helpful.

A piece of paradise on earth!

Comfortable, tasteful, beautifully decorated apartment in a very well cared for Residence. Very clean. Nice outside space with plenty of garden furniture. No air con in bedroom but very effective fan supplied. Supermarket 10 mins walk. Easy 40 minute walk to centre of Juan les Pins (25 mins to first bars) and lovely walk in other direction to quieter Golfe Juan. No car required. Very close to bus stop. We would stay again.

Brilliant home from home in a fantastic location and disabled friendly

Stayed for 2 weeks with my husband and our daughter who has multiple disabilities. The apartment and garden were even better than it looked in the photos. We have stayed in the area many times before and this was by far the best location. Such lovely secure area and within easy walking distance to Juan Les pins and golfe Juan. Buses were really easy to navigate too, and free with an app. Walked to Antibes too. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely apartment

Very nice and comfortable, the sofa outside was very welcoming and we had plenty of shade with 2 umbrellas. Everything was described as advertised and more…. Little things like shopping bags, hand soap etc.. Lots of sockets, which were in all the right places,if you know you know! It was fairly quiet in September, but you can never cater for noisy neighbours and children, but all in all we enjoyed it.

Exactly what we needed

We are a family of 4, two teenage boys. As reviews said true to photos! Joanne also sends you the details ahead of time for the place and that was the most helpful for us as we didn't have to ask her any questions during our stay. Beautifully located, minutes to the beach and to either side access to boardwalks and restaurants,activities, ice cream. A little dream place tucked away from the busy action yet close enough when you want to access it. Love it and would go back ! 🌴

Lovely apartment with fantastic outdoor space

From the start Joanne was very responsive to any questions and once in JLP Anna met us at the bus stop and walked us to the apartment giving us some tips on the short walk. Near the bus stop a pizza truck arrives every night and cook up beautiful fresh pizza in 5-10 minutes. The apartment is lovely with all home comforts and the terrace is fantastic. The sofa bed is nice and comfortable and easy to setup. The terrace is a great place to relax with all furniture you need. The pool area is great - well looked after and secure. The apartment is a great location from which to explore with easy bus routes to antibes which is stunning and Cannes which is also nice with great boat trips to the Lerins Isles. Eating out is pretty expensive but there are some fantastic supermarkets minutes away with everything you need. Moonshine in Antibes and le barbecue in Nice were firm favourites. We recommend a walk from the apartment down to the Cap d’antibes and milliards baie and also a boat to isle saint honorat and walk round the circumference of the island. Would definitely visit again.

September Stay

1. Apt is well equipped and close to the beach. It was very hot as the system for cooling is not effective 2. The complex has an excellent pool 3. Having only one key fob was a problem due to the tight security at the complex. It is, therefore, not easy to do things separately 4. Parking is a big problem. I reserved a very small car but had to take a bigger vehicle due to the current world wide shortage of rental vehicles. It could not be parked in the garage. We were given parking 150 m away but this is a long way to walk with groceries 5. I would consider another visit if the owner would provide 2 key fobs

L'endroit parfait pour vacances à Juan les Pins

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour dans l'appartement. Il est très bien situé à deux pas de la plage et de la piscine. Les commerces sont à 5-10mn à pieds. L'appartement a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances au soleil. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec un grand canapé. La literie est bonne avec un linge de lit de qualité. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, bien entretenue et bien chauffée. Seul petit point, en période de canicule, le rafraîchisseur d'air est un peu léger. Très bonne expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der wunderbaren Wohnung von Joanne. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Unsere Tochter hat allerdings im WC einen kleinen Mülleimer vermisst ☺️ Die Terrasse lädt jederzeit dazu ein, draußen zu sein, dort zu essen oder einfach zu relaxen. Der Pool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und von Joanne werden Sitz- bzw. Liegestühle angeboten, die man mit dorthin nehmen kann. Der Strand ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, genau wie ein Supermarkt. Eine Einzelgarage in der Tiefgarage steht ebenso zur Verfügung, sodass das Auto immer schön kühl steht. Wie wir im Urlaub festgestellt haben, wird ein Auto aber eigentlich gar nicht benötigt, da man zu Fuß und mit Bus und Bahn ganz unkompliziert überall hinkommen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Joanne klappte jederzeit total problemlos und war immer sehr nett und hilfreich. Vor Ort steht einem Anna jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.

Une semaine au top !

Tout est réuni dans cette residence pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Très bel appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire, une piscine magnifique ! Merci à Anna et les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons c'est certain ! ..et cette fois ci un peu plus longtemps !

Un petit paradis!

Moi qui adore les fleurs j'ai été gâtée à souhait. Belle terrasse ,nous y déjeunions à tous les matins. Cuisine bien équipée ,salle de bain superbe. La qualité des matelas des lits pourrait être améliorée. Piscine immense ,eau crystalline. Ce qui est incroyable c'est à 5 minutes du bord de mer. wow! En plus nous pouvions marcher jusqu'à l'épicerie ..J'y retournerais c'est certain. Suzette

Great apartment for family holidays and exploring the Riviera

Lovely apartment in the middle of Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan. Quiet, private complex but close to pool and beach. The private garden was a real win as lovely to have own outdoor space to sit / eat / play in. Hosts have helpfully provided a range of beach equipment for guests to use. In close proximity to supermarkets and bakeries (very nice!). 10 min walk to train station and town centre and good opportunities to explore the area by train and bus. Good wifi! The only point we would make on reflection is that the air conditioning wasn’t as ‘full’ as we would have hoped. It is only in the living room / sofa bed room and not that powerful. There are fans provided for both sleeping areas which is helpful as it gets pretty hot in the summer.

Perfect Apartment and Holiday location

Only one word needed to summaries this property "Perfect". Everything is as is stated in the profile and the owner has gone to great lengths to ensure you have everything needed to enjoy your holiday, you really just need your clothes and food. The beach chairs etc are a really nice touch. The apartment is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach, so we actually never went to the pool. The beach is beautifully, sandy and a safe depth for all, because it is just outside Juan-Les-Pins you also benefit from it being less crowded during the day, we even had dinner on the beach staying there up to 12 midnight, like the locals and there was a a lovely atmosphere. Supermarkets; Pharmacy; Bakeries; Pizza Takeaway; McDonalds and bus stops all within 5 minutes walk. The centre of Juan Les Pins is a nice 15 min stroll along the path backing the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars there for your nights out. The added bonus is the train from Juan Les Pins where you can explore the whole coastline. Thanks to Anna for looking after us, even when we arrived 2 hours late, all in all an apartment and location to be recommended.

Alles was man braucht

TG-Platz fürs Auto, Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Strand schnell durch Unterführung an Bahngleis erreichbar (Sand). Dort ist er etwas schmal. Wer einen etwas breiteren Strand möchte muss noch 100-200m weiter laufen. Pool in der Anlage ist sehr groß und ist sauber. Wege und Pflanzen in der Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Apartment und Vermieter top. Einziger kleiner Mangel war, dass das WLAN über weite Strecken unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktionierte. Das Problem lag beim Provider. Der Vermieter hat sich aber bemüht Abhilfe zu schaffen (u.a. Gastzugang WLAN vom Nachbarn organisiert). Top! Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Très bon séjour

Une très bonne semaine dans un appartement bien tenu et très bien équipé. Je pourrais toujours dire qu'il manquait ceci ou cela (machine à café, garage très petit, la climatisation est plutôt un pulseur d'air rafraichi un peu frais....) mais cela a été bien comblé par le reste des prestations de bonne qualité. Donc, un très bon séjour à un endroit charmant. JG

Fantastic family holiday

We have just returned from an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment! Myself husband and our 6 and 4 year old enjoyed a home from home stay with everything you could possibly need. Beach equipment as well as games books and DVDs. The terrace was perfect with comfortable outside seating as well as table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool was lovely and the beach was a 5 min walk away. We walked into Juan most evenings for dinner or drinks aswell as cooked at the apartment and used the local buses and trains to explore Antibes and Nice. Can also recommend their uber service, of which we used a couple of times when we ventured further afield. Communication throughout the whole booking process and stay has been brilliant and would highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to return! 😍

Guests just love the terrace and garden of the apartment. It provides a very private space. Yet being south facing and sheltered benefits from the sun and warmth throughout the year, unlike other apartments in the complex which are more open or shaded for part of the day.

This unique position allows us to enjoy lunch on the terrace from February through to the end of October!
