Great Property

Very impressive. Really enjoyed black out shutters that allowed us to sleep soundly without the interference of light. Good central location. Very nice flat. Really better than the pictures indicate.

Short stay in Juan Les Pins

Very spacious 3 bed apartment , 10 minute walk to beach, 5mins to supermarket. A little updating needed, especially terrace and outdoor furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Everything worked. The shower cubicle is on the small side.

Great holiday apartment with great location

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious holiday home. With three comfortable bedrooms and two clean, well-equipped bathrooms, it was perfect for five people, two adults and three teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings.Teenagers especially loved the bathtub — it was a real highlight for them. The location was also ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the nearest grocery store. Plus, there were three excellent bakeries nearby, which made breakfast a real treat every morning.Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury during their vacation.

Pleasent stay at spacious apartment w nice garden close to beach

We spent a week with 6 friends in the flat and had a great time. The communication with our host was great before, during and also after the stay. The apartment was spacious enough for different needs such as working, chilling, cooking. Within walkable 5-10 min there is anything one might need, groceries, beach, bakery, pharmacy, bus stops... the kitchen is fully equipped. Foremost we loved the small garden with several palm trees. Only small point to complain about is that duvet covers are only available for an additional fee and even then there are only three large duvets.

Mooie week in Juan-les-Pins

Fijn appartement op de begane grond met een leuk terras-tuin buiten zodat je bij lekker weer heerlijk buiten kan zitten en eten. De keuken is open in verbinding met de woonkamer wat gezellig is. Het appartement ligt 400m van de boulevard en ook op loopafstand van het station (+/- 15 min) Kortom een prettige woning op een rustige plek

Super gelegene, saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für den Start gab es einmal Waschmittel und ein paar Spülmaschinentabs. Die Terrasse ist wirklich groß und ruhig gelegen. Die Bäder sind sauber und modern. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zuverlässig und schnell. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und hat sauberen feinen Sand. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung und ein gelungener Urlaub!

Das Appartement liegt ruhig und der kleine Garten gefällt auch dem Hund als Auslauf. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreicht man alle wichtigen Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und Gemüsehändler), in 4 Minuten ist man am Strand und in einer halben Stunde im Grünen! Wirklich klasse! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Danke für diese Woche!

Great apartment and great Location

Lovely roomy 3 bed apartment with large nicely shaded outside space. Great kitchen with all mod cons. TV in every room, not that we used them. Air conditioning in every room which we did use. Location is perfect for getting to beach, to shops and to train station. Local supermarkets within short walk.

Appartement très agréable, très fonctionnel, à 4-5min de la plage à pied. La terrasse est vraiment un gros plus, et avec le grand store on peut y faire de l'ombre quasiment toute la journée si on ne veut pas griller au soleil. Accueil très sympathique et prévenant d'Yvan.

Lovely, clean, bright apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and restaurants so was ideal. It is a clean, bright and spacious apartment with everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and the owner was quick to reply to messages. We had a car which you could park securely but due to the location you don't really need one.

We enjoyed our two-week vacation in the well-located apartment very much. Close to the beach but away from the noise. The ampartment was very clean and well-equipped (air condition!). Very good and reliable communcation with the owner. Hard to find a better offer in this location. Very recommended!

Eine große, schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und liegt sehr gut, es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum öffentlichen Sandstrand sowie zu mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter ein sehr guter Bäcker. Auch der Bahnhof und die nächste Bushaltestelle lassen sich sehr gut erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und alles weitere ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse läßt es sich sehr schön sitzen. Ein privater Autostellplatz in der Anlage, die eingezäunt ist, ist vorhanden und groß genug. Wünschenswert wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel gewesen, da wir uns oft bei den Unternehmungen aufgeteilt haben und dann gut planen mußten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le petit plus serait d'ajouter avec le drap de bain une serviette par personne. Terrasse et petit terrain très appréciés. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et disponibles. Logement très propre. Accès à la plage à pied, c'est super.
