This renovated and updated 2 bedroom/2 bath (sleeps 4) home is located in a quiet, desirable South Venice neighborhood. Decorated with cool, calm colors and comfortable furnishings, our guests feel immediately at home! The cathedral entrance provides an open living space between the living/dining and kitchen spaces. The 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath and large walk-in closet, has sliders that open to outdoor spaces. A screened lanai is located off the dining area and master bedroom which offers even more living space. A full size washer and dryer are also available and located within the garage. The house "backs up" to the Legacy Bike Trail, with a winding path that leads to the trail and intercostal waterway. Make a left turn down the Legacy Trail, and within a 10 minute walk you've arrived at Shamrock Park and Nature Preserve. This gem boasts multiple paths to walk, bike, and run; multiple tennis and basketball courts; a large, canopy-covered playground; and a butterfly garden that includes local plants. The beaches on Venice Island and Manasota Key are a close 7-10 minute car ride, with Casey Key located approximately 15 minutes away. There is a variety of parks for hiking, bird watching, and even kayaking in the Venice area, including Oscar Scherer State Park. We have a strict no smokers/no vapers/no tokers/no pets policy for renting guests and their visitors-do no inquire if applicable
