Seasonal rental, individual house in Grayan and L'Hôpital
Detached house in Grayan and L'Hôpital on a fenced plot
1500 square meter. Quiet place where you can enjoy the beaches (Gurp / Montalivet / Soulac) and the cycle tracks crossing the Medoc forests. 10 minutes from Montalivet and Soulac sur Mer, as well as a food business 5 minutes away on foot and a small restaurant with mini golf (relax café) House equipped for 4 four people including: living room of 33 square meters, open kitchen of 13 square meters , a bathroom, a cellar, two bedrooms with 2 double beds (sheets not provided), terrace, covered barbecue, garden furniture and two sun loungers. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday, entry from 4 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m. Possibly rental for the Easter holidays 2019 from 06/04 to 04/05 Rates 350 euros per week; May and June rates 350 euros per week; July and August prices 550 euros per week, and September: 350 euros per week. (No wifi but tourist office 1km from the house if necessary)

Magnifique et grande maison avec grand jardin clôturé
Location parfaite pour se reposer et découvrir la Gironde (la maison ne manque de rien et la propriétaire est très accueillante) . Voiture conseillée, sinon possibilité de faire de belles balades à vélo, plage à 2.5km. Grayant est un village très calme, mais il y a des endroits plus touristiques à-10km avec ses belles plages et ses grands marchés. Nous et notre petit chihuahua sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Accueil chaleureux, propreté irréprochable. Il y a tout ( et bien plus ) en terme d'électroménager. Jardin impeccable et accueil de notre louloute malinoise sans souci. Magaly merci pour tout et c'est chez vous que nous poserons nos valises lors de notre prochain passage.
