Available for Track or Summer Rental (avail. 6/1 - 9/30). This high-end, newly built condo includes elevator access and an off street parking spot. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the private balcony. Fresh Market Shopping Plaza across the street with shops including, Kru Coffee, restaurants, cleaners, and a nail salon. Available for the entire racing season for $15,000, or $2,000 per week w/a 2 week minimum. Credit check required for all applicants.
