Cool & Unique Condo on Main Street

**Security cameras monitor all entrances 24/7. Additional fees apply to more than 6 guests. Upfront honesty about the number of guests is appreciated and cheaper. NO smoking, pets, parties or events of any kind.**

One night rentals Monday through Wednesday only. One night rentals Thursday through Sunday will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The neighborhood has a family-friendly event the last Friday of every month called Trolley Night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not want to be disturbed prior to 10pm, I would choose another location if the dates of your trip fall on the last Friday of the month. The streets are bustling with live music and pedestrians from 6-10pm during this event. It's a great local experience!

No cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.

UNIT 2 Information:

- Completely renovated as of 2015 with modern finishes and decor

- Walk to everything downtown Memphis has to offer or step right outside the front door to ride the trolley

- Condo has two levels of stairs

- 3 bedrooms (2 private, 1 semi-private - inquire for more details), 3 baths

- 2 memory foam king beds, 1 queen bed

- Secure, controlled access building

- 2 Gated, tandem parking spots accessed from behind unit

- Semi-private outdoor deck shared with neighboring unit

- Apple TV/cable and free WiFi internet provided

- Large smart TVs in living room and each bedroom

- Kitchen stocked with a coffee maker, dishes, utensils and quality cookware

- Clean towels, linens and bedding provided

- Complimentary coffee, tea, creamer & sugar

- Coffee shop across the street, multiple bars/restaurants less than a block away

- Trolley stop directly outside front door

- NO pets, parties or events of any kind

- NO smoking/vaping inside the unit or illicit drug use of any kind

**PLEASE NOTE**

This is a residential unit with a residential water heater. Like with your home, if 3 or more people take back-to-back hot showers, you will run out of hot water. I recommend guests stagger their shower times to avoid running out of hot water. It can take approximately an hour for a full tank to reheat.

Safe, secure, gated parking for 2. A short, safe walk to Beale street and everything downtown. This was a perfect 3 bedroom for a guys weekend in the city. Second rental next door would make this location great for a large family event. We really enjoyed staying at Chris’ place. The location was great and walkable to a lot of attractions. The house itself is lovely but the bedroom on the first floor is open to the main living area on level 3 so you can hear everything going on upstairs and can be noisy.Chris is a great host, really helpful and accommodating

Wedding weekend

We truly enjoyed our time in Memphis. The VRBO was clean, well stocked and very roomy. We were within walking distance to all of the wedding parties and felt very safe walking to and from. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great home base for exploring Memphis

Just steps from the Civil Rights Museum as well as great local bbq and beer, this is a fantastic spot for exploring downtown Memphis. Chris always easy to communicate and the place is clean and well thought out for your stay.

This is the third year in a row at this property. The hosts are super friendly and easy to work with. The property is always maintained really well. Super clean and updated often. One of the best to deal with if staying in Memphis area. We are already booked for next year.

Place is spacious, clean and a great location. We were greeted at checkin to make sure all was in order and to answer any questions. Great experience. Easy to walk to most things including Beal Street. Parking space a bonus! We look forward to staying there again!

Mom's 89th Birthday

We loved our stay. This has to be the best place to stay in town. The location is perfect. Walking distance to just about everything and the Trolley stops right out your front door. The home was perfect and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We will be back.

Girl Retreat

This place was everything perfect location near restaurants museums the trolly and so much more. The place is just as pictured very clean and spacious I shared this place with my girlfriends and let me tell you the icing on top each room had its very own bathroom always a win with girls. I will definitely stay here again and again I give it five stars. Last but not least the host was very easy to communicate with and instructions for access was clear and understandable. Loved it!

Better than expected!

Our little group takes a trip somewhere different on the same weekend every year. This year we chose Memphis. This condo was PERFECT. We had two couples and a single. We had privacy and a gathering place. The condo was very clean and offered the PERFECT location. The trolley stop was at the corner and there are several little places within walking distance to get breakfast/brunch. I would recommend this property to anyone, it was a wonderful getaway! Thank you for allowing us to share your place!

Overnight in Memphis

We have stayed in MANY VRBOs for years - this was the cleanest & nearest we have ever stayed in! Decor was lovely, well stocked with thoughtful touches, new appliances, beds comfortable, good water pressure, secure parking, convenient location. I would absutely stay here again. Christopher was very available & helpful. Was concerned about location driving in but it is just within an area that is renovated w cute shops & lofts - felt very safe once we arrived. Wish we could have spent more time there & would recommend it highly!

Condo is as described- clean and has everything that you need. So many great restaurants within walking distance. Have stayed here numerous times and is always my go to location when my employees and I need a place to stay. The gated parking is excellent as well.

My wife, Christine and I are Downtown Memphians and purchased this property in 2019. The previous owner operated both out units as Short-Term rentals just as we are.

We look forward to hosting new and returning guests to our units. We love Memphis and think our guests will too.

Why they chose this property

This property is ideally located in the Downtown Memphis area. For starters, there is private off-street parking and ample security for the units.

There is a unique and superb local coffee shop literally right across the street and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The Civil Rights Museum is just around the corner and the Blues Hall of Fame is just up the street.

The Memphis Orpheum Theater is only a short walk up the road with Memphis' Famous Beale Street only a further short walk from there.

Central Bar-B-Q, one of Memphis' more famous BBQ restaurants is also close-by.

What makes this property unique

If you like Memphis or are traveling here for the first time, this is the place for you. Moreover, if you are coming as a large group, this unit sleeps 6 very comfortably and has the other amenities you would expect at home.

A car is not required for enjoying Memphis with this property as your home base. You can get to most places by simply walking. Also, the Memphis Trolley system has a stop very near this unit and it only cost $1 per ride.
