Large Studio apartment with full bathroom, kitchen, filtered water, seating area and king sized bed in the heart of downtown. Perfect location and close to everything including fabulous restaurants and shopping. Only three and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The common areas are on the roof boasting a lounging pool, chaise lounges, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, lots to comfy seating to enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the ocean and bay.

I first came to live in a Puerto Vallarta in 2003 and bought a townhouse in the Marina area, where I lived for a few years. Shortly thereafter, I realized that I wanted to be in the heart of everything so I sold the townhouse and bought this house. I am so happy with my decision.

Why they chose this property

Oh my Goodness, the question has to be why not!!!! You can do everything from this location, or you can nothing at all. The suite is beyond comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. It is private and because I live onsite, everything will be taken care of.

What makes this property unique

I, as the owner, will be here to check you in and out. If there is something you need, I can help you obtain it. If there is a problem, it will be resolved quickly. Use of the pool and upper levels of the house is included.
