The unit was in wonderful condition, with a fully updated kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Everything you would need is included, including washer/dryer and AC. Centrally located right by the pool and the park. Only negatives, and they are minimal, is that you can't watch TV in the master bedroom based on the configuration (so I just moved around the furniture) and the internet is a little slow.Sleepy Hollow as a whole is kept in great shape. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most everything you need for sports, such as basketballs, pickleball and ping pong rackets and balls, bicycles, shuffleboard items, etc. are available. I didn't see tennis rackets, but I don't play and didn't look for them, so they may have them. The pool area is clean and there was never a problem getting chairs. Pool is only heated to 84 degrees, so it's cold getting in, but once in, you get used to it.I already made reservations to come back in future years, so that should tell you how highly I think of Sleepy Hollow.
