Comfortable apartment WIFI, ideal for spending a great vacation on the basin: an entrance, a perfectly equipped kitchen open to a living room with dining area (4 large windows open on the basin to admire the beautiful sunsets), a bedroom with sea view from (160X200cm bed / bay window on dining area of the old loggia refurbished / see photos), a second smaller bedroom: 7m2 (2 beds of 90X190cm / storage), a bathroom and a toilet. Direct access to the beach (no road to cross). Secure individual parking in the basement.
Shared bicycle storage: During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the shared bicycle storage.
Linen not provided, possibility of renting via the agency, 1 pack of 140 sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 pack of 90 sheets + towels = €32/week.
Optional cleaning fee = €70.
During the winter period, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
Equipment (new condition): Dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, flat screen TV (adjustable living room-loggia, bedroom), WIFI, iron and ironing board, electric hair dryer, electric towel dryer with blower, vacuum cleaner, intercom, 4 exterior roller shutters with remote control (adjustable separately), interior roller shutter on the bay window, smoke detector, 6 chairs, new quality mattresses (BULTEX and more), 6 pillows, 3 single duvets (140/200), 1 double duvet and 1 double blanket (240/260) all protected by mattress covers, 12 place settings, pots, pans, and all basic kitchen utensils. I leave some tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, trash bag and cleaning supplies.
