Ideal place to explore arcachon. Quiet area within 5 minutes walk. Small supermarket nearby also. Would be happy to stay again.

Lovely flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre and with a small supermarket nearby for any emergencies!

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment was everything you see in the photos and more! It is spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great shower and has the added bonus of a private and secure parking space right next to the building. Check in was okay, but our French is really bad, so we had difficulty understanding some of the instructions. However, Jocelyne, who checked us in, was very helpful. Arcachon is a wonderful seaside town with a good range of bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment. If we go back, we would definitely book this apartment again.

Super séjour à Arcachon

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette propriété très bien placée, 10 min à pieds du centre ville et 5 min des plages. L'appartement refait à neuf est propre et fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. De plus Martine est au petit soin pour l'accueil et l'organisation du séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

T3 agréable et bien localisé

L' appartement est spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Très jolie vue depuis le balcon du salon. Résidence sécurisée avec place de parking attitrée ce qui est appréciable. Plage très proche et tout est accessible à pieds pour un séjour sans voiture. La propriétaire est très aimable et réactive. Merci.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé chez Martine un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et de la jetée des pêcheurs (à peine 50 mètres, c'est génial), et la vue panoramique depuis le balcon est top. Nous avons regretté l'absence de wifi dans l'appartement, peut-être serait-ce un plus pour les futurs touristes, car la 4G ne marchait pas du tout dans Arcachon à cause du trop-plein de touristes... Ca a été compliqué toute la semaine. A part ça, le petit bémol reste la distance avec les commerces et restaurants, il y a un bon kilomètre à faire à pied pour arriver aux rues principales, mais c'est les vacances, donc c'est fait pour marcher et visiter ! Dans l'ensemble, très très bon séjour, Martine est à l'écoute et agréable, nous recommandons sans hésitation aucune !

J'ai passé 3 jours avec une amie dans cet appartement, tout était parfait , la propriétaire très accueillante, l'emplacement formidable proche de la plage Péreire,l'appartement refait à neuf et spacieux, la litterie très agréable , aucun reproche à faire, n'hésitez pas à y réserver si vous souhaiter profiter de cette belle région.
