Cute cottage near the beach with full kitchen, one parking spot, not far from the beach or LAX, free wifi, bathroom, and entirely private! 3 full beds! Basic location!

Fully private! Near Galleria mall and spacex

You will love this place. Has 2 full beds in first room, and then a second room with an additional bed. Linens and basic silverware, full size fridge included. Shower and tub. Disclaimer, tub is slightly raised, so you agree to be responsible and careful entering in and out of tub, will not be held responsible for inury if sustained.

Poor communication

The property manager was hard to get ahold of and hard to communicate with. Was not very nice or concerned with accommodating the renters. The neighbors had also rented from property owner and they were very much mislead by the pictures. We gave them our chairs so they had a place to set. They also had trouble contacting the host.

Not as advertised

Has no hot water when we got there, contacted owner had me go and light the hot water heater. No microwave. Only had a hot griddle in room. No air conditioning. And there were cameras everywhere!
