-- YOUR FURRY FRIENDS (PETS) -- Dogs are welcome with an additional charge of $50 & $25 per additional pet. Colorado Springs is a great place for your furry friends to explore by your side. We love to take our puppies with us on our family adventures so we decided to allow the same for our guests. We tried to make the home as pet friendly as possible with an enclosed, nice sized yard & hard flooring surfaces on the main level to limit tracking anything in on wet days. We also provide a dog crate, bed, bowls, leash and some other goodies for your puppy. We simply ask that you keep your puppies off the furniture, pick up after them in the yard and please crate your puppy in case he/she gets anxiety if left alone so as not to damage anything if he gets the “chews”. We do charge a pet fee as we find there is often additional cleaning and wear & tear involved.
-- SUPPORT -- This home is not only taken care of by just Eli, but also his property management staff, so we are able to promptly respond to any of your needs; such as recommended places in Colorado Springs, any extra accommodations you may need, and much more. We had such a good stay here! The house was cute, cozy, and comfortable from start to finish. I especially loved the wall décor—it gave the place such a welcoming vibe. Every aspect of the house was thoughtfully done, and we enjoyed it all. Would definitely stay again!
Super clean, comfy beds, great location. Sadly, our firewood was wet, so no fire out back, but that's Mother Nature. Not a big deal. I would def stay here again when next in the Springs. Our weekend stay was great...
We absolutely loved this place. Such a cute and comfortable stay in a good location. Stocked with everything you need. Great communication. Lots of restaurants close by and a wonderful park right down the street. Would definitely stay here again!
Property location was perfect.Property was pleasant and it felt homey, great decorations as well, the only problem that We found was in room #2, the mattress where not suitable for adults better ones are needed.
My family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed 2 nights during a quick stop over in Colorado Springs. House was incredibly cute and well taken care of. We were more than comfortable with all the amenities! The location is great and we were close to all of the places we wanted to see, pikes peak, olympic museum, manitou springs, old colorado city, garden of the gods etc. Bristol Brewery is within walking distance and was excellent!
Nicely decorated and great location for sightseeing in CO Springs! The place is well stocked and our dogs enjoyed the backyard as we enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning. Great communication from the hosts!
We came into town for an event in Manitou Springs and this rental was perfect...close enough to Manitou and it would be great for really most areas in central COS.
Great location and close to the major sights of Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak Cog Railway, North Cheyenne Canon hiking, Olympic Park. Well stocked kitchen with all the cooking items necessary. Garage use was really appreciated!!
We enjoyed our stay with all the extra amenities. The kitchen basics were great and everything was super clean. The master bedroom bed was very low and not very comfy but other than that it was great!
The house was well appointed for my family of 5 and the host was responsive during my stay when questions arose. My only negative is that when we arrived there was a lingering/faint smell of pee in the living room.I’d leave and come back to the unit and it hit us anew. I ended up buying some Farnese fabric and Favreeze air.Credit to the host, they offered to have a cleaner come and reclean it while we were away from the unit, but I didn’t see the message in time (my fault).Otherwise this was great homemade for my family trip to Colorado Springs.
Property is in a very convenient location. In general it is well cared for. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is older and a bit run down. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic noise. The host is responsive and property provides ample kitchen tools for cooking, and a nice garage and good laundry facilities.
We loved our stay. So close to all the beautiful sights in Colorado. There were so many extra amenities. From a fully stocked bathroom and kitchen to a ton of goodies for the fur babies. Laundry room was nice and had plenty of detergent. The outdoor patio was wonderful. Communication was great with a touch point on day of arrival that offered a little earlier check in. We will definitely try to stay again when we visit Colorado the next time.
I had such highly hopes for this property! The listing was so cute and since I was in town for a conference i was happy to see it is close to the venue. Well unfortunately this is where the niceties ended. The place was filthy; there was a fingernail in the sink; there was dog hair all over one of the comforters, and worst of all in my opinion was the USED NEEDLE under the bed. The dog hair was easily remedied; and I get it, the property is pet friendly; but it just highlights the complete lack of cleaning. I notified the host and all that was offered was for them to come by and collect it. I asked for a refund and even tried to get VRBO involved. I heard nothing back. 1/10 I would not recommend if you value cleanliness and your health.

THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT I PROVIDED VRBO AND THEY SHARED WITH THE GUEST...
I have carefully reviewed all details, including correspondence with our cleaner on the VRBO platform. In our 6–8 years managing three short-term rentals, we’ve never received a complaint of this nature. Our consistently high ratings across VRBO and Airbnb reflect the standards we maintain.
While we recognize that occasional oversights can occur, our team believes the guest declined reasonable offers to resolve her concerns and instead pursued a refund disproportionate to the issues raised.
Summary of Events:
*The guest checked in on June 18 and contacted our cleaner, Sandra Kupstas, the following evening about finding an insulin pen under the bed. Sandra—who personally cleaned the unit—responded within 30 minutes and offered to come immediately to remove it, but the guest declined.
*Later, the guest reported pet hair on a comforter. Sandra again offered three times to replace it, either while the guest was home or away; each offer was declined.
Sandra confirmed the comforter had been freshly laundered and handled the situation courteously.
*The guest then requested a 50% refund, which seems inconsistent with the minor concerns and our repeated offers to correct them. We did provide her with 50% off the 1st night.
We hold ourselves to high standards and always welcome feedback. In this case, we believe our response was prompt, professional, and fair
The condo/townhome was renovated and nicely decorated. It has all you need for a short stay. We did come in late June so it was very warm in the house and the A/C had trouble cooling it down. There are a few box fans that did help but it was still very warm inside for sleeping. It is in a older part of town but it's a short drive to downtown and there are several restaurants close by. Overall, it was a nice stay with the one potential improvement of the air conditioner.
Home is very well decorated. Owners were very communicative and thorough in their welcome book. When they said they thought of everything, they're not lying. They have items for every type of family stay possible. Washer/dryer with detergent and laundry sheets. Thoroughly impressed with their thought process of owning a rental and convenience for their clients. Home gets a little muggy in the evenings, but they have floor fans for the bedrooms upstairs. I can go on with this review, but I'll just say, I highly recommend.
Would get a 5 star review, if it was equipped with central AC. During our stay, Colorado Springs temperatures were in the 90's daily. The townhome was very uncomfortable during the day and at night, until the night temps dropped. The owner provided multiple fans, but all they did was circulate hot air.
Overall, the property is well maintained, pleasantly decorated, and newly renovated. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were brand new.
The beds were very comfortable, although very plush.
The parking was easy, secure, and the garage was clean and free of clutter.
My family really enjoyed our stay here, except for the hot conditions.
The owner was responsive and pleasant.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Wasn’t able to get in
Check in time was 4, host never sent check in instructions or the code to get in—said he would by 3. There were towels sitting in the floor in front on the washer—house didn’t appear cleaned/ready for us. Tried to contact host several times, never received a response. Would NOT recommend any property by this host.

This is a true response by Laura. I will say this is the ONLY time we have ever had a complete mix-up where the home was not ready and the guest not contacted. Our rental manager simply misread the schedule and made a mistake.
We apologized for our mistake and the obvious misfortunate inconvenience. We obviously refunded Laura completely and offered a generous discount on her next stay if she so chooses. We pride ourselves to offer a great experience and excellent customer service and make no excuses but that accidents can sometimes happen.
